Why is it on the slider revolution my text is blue on laptop but white on iphone. What setting is causing this? Also no matter where I move text it is staying at almost the same place on mobile.

Hi There, My Support has been expired but suddenly my course page stop loading and while inspecting it show “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()” this error and after taking to hosting provider they says there is problem with the theme not with server. PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method LP_User_Guest::has_enrolled_or_finished() in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/coaching/learnpress-v4/single-course/loop-section.php:54”

Hello! I have some problems with the theme. First, I can’t change language at the header. I need Russian instead of English. But when I try to change the language, it becomes Russian at the box, where I change, but nothing happens on the page. Even after saving changes the page looks exactly the same. Also, I have the same situation with some other things. For example, when I am trying to change main color, nothing happens again.

If you purchase another theme that is not ours, and that theme does not come with an expansion pack, unfortunately, we will not be able to continue to support this case. you just need to import the demo normally, this won’t erase the data you had on the site before, but just to be sure, always make a backup before making any changes

Then I would not purchase a LearnPress theme: there’s nothing to guarantee you’ll support every theme for a lifetime. ALL themes eventually grow outdated and not worth updating. With that policy there is no sense in purchasing a LearnPress theme because it limits the usability of LearnPress when the theme is no longer supported
We can’t be sure our plugin can be compatible with all other themes or plugins of 3rd party.

It was not resolved 5 months ago. And after theme update,still there is no solution. I tried 3-4 different servers and hosting services. Couching Theme with Demo Healthy Coaching 2 has issues with dashboard and demo importer. I just posted ticket to support system again.
In the first ticket, our support team replied to you but we never get a response so, after three months, that ticket will auto close. Please wait, our team will check for you now, we continue support for all our customers even they have license expired so don’t worry, hope you can help us remove or change the rating now, It’s really important to us.
