Some of the demos have inner pages like Company, SEO, Modern, Fast..etc, and these inner pages will be imported with the demo. The App demo doesn’t have dedicated inner pages (it has a homepage and a blog), however, you can import any inner page from the available ones by checking this article from our knowledge base:

Although I’m a seasoned web site builder, I admit I’m confused about Pixfort Core. I’m using the Essentials theme and hoping to use Elementor to build my site. I know I can import an Elementor-built demo page into the Essentials theme I’m using, so why would Pixfort Core be a required plugin? Can one use Elementor and Pixfort together? Thank you and sorry about my confusion!

pixfort core plugin is part of Essentials theme and it includes the theme elements for the page builders and the demo content, these functionalities are added in a separate plugin (pixfort core) because of envato market requirements for all WordPress themes to include only the main default WordPress features into the theme and any other functionalities should be included in a separate plugin.
Installing pixfort core plugin is required to use Essentials theme and it will not affect any other plugins (for example you can use Elementor or any other plugin normally on your website).

I know how to turn of fade in animations and everything. However I can’t seem to find the option to turn off the ‘zoom in’ animation effect in the intro / header when I have set a background image. It always keeps flying in and remains in position.
Besides that the Youtube video background is loading very slow on mobile devices, is there a solution for this or to set a thumbnail if the video doesn’t load right away?

This error message in WordPress normally indicates that the upload file size is limited (normally it’s 2MB or 8MB by default), in order to be able to upload bigger file size (theme file) you will need to increase file upload limit, to do this you can check this article from our knowledge base:

We have added the option to disable the top loading bar in the latest update 2.0.2 (please make sure to update the theme and pixfort core plugin to this version), after updating the theme you can find this option in Theme Options > Page Transition > Disable top loading bar.
Concerning the color of the top loading bar, it’s the Primary Gradient color of the theme.

The source files of the graphics and mockups used in the theme demos are not included in the download file since their license doesn’t allow that, you need to get your own license in order to use them (the item package includes a file with links to resources used in theme demo).

If you faced the error “Theme is missing the style.css stylesheet error” this means that you are uploading the main file downloaded from your themeforest account (which contains all files: theme, plugins, documentation,...), please make sure to extract the .zip file on your computer and then upload the file essentials.zip inside Theme folder.

1. The theme comes with the default editors of each page builder (Backend and Frontend editor for WPBakery and Frontend editor for elementor).
2. WPBakery includes Section parallax, by default elementor doesn’t include it.
3. You can create dividers by selecting shape style, number of layers, colors and animations, you can check the Shape Builder presentation page from here:

4. you can install and activate the theme on a domain for development stage, and before moving to your production domain, you just need to deactivate your license from the staging domain (WordPress Panel > Essentials Dashboard > Deactivate theme), and once you moved your website to the production domain, you can reactivate the license from Essentials Dashboard in your production WordPress dashboard.
You can install the theme on 1 domain and its subdomains/subdirectories using one license as long as they are related to the main website (the same company/business/product…), otherwise you will need a license for each subdomain/subdirectory website.

5. The theme comes with Contact form 7 plugin.

In the theme we are using free images from resources like Unsplash so it will be ok to reuse them, however, concerning the mockups and illustrations they are static images and their source files are not included in the download file since their license doesn’t allow that, you need to get your own license in order to use them.
7. The theme comes with 6 months support (or 12 months with extension) and we’re continually releasing new updates.
