New customer here. Looks like the theme doesn’t have the capability to have a mega menu. What tool/plugin do you recommend us to download/purchase that would be compatible with Reina?

Hi there, some pre-sale questions on this theme:
1) Native page editing is via Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder?
2) The Booked plugin you are bundling with this theme, does the Booked plugin have a two-way synch to Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc?
3) Theme and bundled plugins updating are via Envato Toolkit? Theme Options?
4) The Spa demo homepage – https://reina.qodeinteractive.com/spa-home – When I click on the other supporting pages, it’s not showing same the color scheme. Is it possible to see how the About Us page, Our Services, Contact, etc. in the same color scheme as the homepage for Spa?
5) The Spa demo page, are there different Header styles available? I’m only seeing one style.
6) If I decide to use a different bookings plugin such as Bookly, etc. it’ll be compatible with your theme, yes?

Thank you for taking an interest in the Reina theme!
1. Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run the import tool you will get Elementor content, which you can edit using the free version of Elementor.
2. You can read more about booked plugin and their features .
3. For more info on how to update theme and plugins, see this article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
4. There’s an option to change colors within the theme, however, we can’t change the existing colors on the live demo. Thank you for understanding.
5. See different header styles that are available within theme options here. All heder styles are available locally (on each page) as well. For more info, check the official theme docs.
6. We didn’t test our theme with different booking plugins, so we really can’t guarantee compatibility.

Thanks mate. Looks like the Booked plugin doesn’t have some features that I need, I did contacted Booked and they’re not sure if they will add those features in the near future. So I may have to install another booking plugins if I decide to use your theme.

Hey, I’m presenting your theme to a client tomorrow. Just to clarify, if we use your Spa demo home page, once we import the demo data, all of the support pages such as About, Services, etc. will all have the default same color scheme as shown on the Spa demo home page, correct? I hope so.

Please note that all demo pages will be exactly the same as on our live demo after the import, however, if you wish to use same color scheme as on Spa Home, you have color options available within theme options where you can set the colors you want.

It could be that different logo options are set in local options on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more about this in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.
To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.
You can also contact us through this email, just include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will gladly help you.

Hello, I have to use a subdomain to create a staging website before I can launch the live website as I cannot use the live domain name until the new website is finished. How hard is it to deactive the license on the staging website when I’m ready to go and reactive it on the live website? I know we are only allowed to use the license on one website, I just need to build it first

In case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation. Hello, the Reina Core plugin does not work and it makes the wordpress crush and goes on recovery mode ! I installed the theme ZIP, my permissions CSS JS are set to 755. What is wrong with the plugin ? without this plugin nothing works. please help, I already sent a mail to support theme. Otherwise I want my money back. thanks for your help. It is very delicate to explain to my client why the website is not working, I am crossing the deadline. Hope to have an answer asap.

It seems like a lot of people have had problems with your theme, from importing the demo content to issues with the core app. I’d like to purchase this theme but I need to be sure that all of its issues have been fixed by you. Have they? And will you be prompt about technical support because some of the comments make me wonder?
It also says that the theme is compatible with WP Bakery but it sounds like the theme only uses Elementor. So does it come with a WP Bakery version or only the Elementor version?

The theme and bundled plugins are working correctly. Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users.
Demo content of the theme is built with Elementor page builder which is included as bundled plugin. Unfortunately, there is no demo version made with WPBakery. The theme is compatible with WPBakery and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder so you can use this plugin to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Hi, I bought this theme 4 months ago, I had no installation problems and it was a very easy theme to work with. Unfortunately this week my site started to have problems and there is a critical error with the reina-core plugin that does not allow me to modify the widget part and is causing the page to slow down and not load the footer well. I am so frustrated. I have redirect issues and can not see my site or access any page to edit. Upped my resources, added demo, created a menu and now I get nothing.
