The Biagiotti theme uses WooCommerce for adding shop functionality. You have an option to choose an External product type within the product item https://prnt.sc/1d06e3r and link the product to the external website where the product is selling.

Unfortunately, we haven’t tested our theme with the Shopify platform, so we can’t answer about compatibility.
We use the WooCommerce plugin for WordPress for the shop in our theme.
There are however certain ways of integrating Shopify with WordPress through some 3rd party plugins, and if you are interested in this, you can read more about it on Shopify.

I have reached out already and created a support ticket, yet the issue has not been resolved, has ANYONE successfully shared the theme via SMS without the “Biagiotti” preview image?!
As quoted by the author, I have already “Also, please check if you are running the latest 2.6 theme version and if the Biagiotti Core plugin is updated to 2.0.2. In case you need to update”. After the updated when we try to share the website via text to Android users it shows the makeup information, which leads them to think they are on the wrong site. At this point I need someone to take action and fix the issue, not more sharing instructions. Test it and make sure its working.

Have there been any updates on the SMS sharing, at the moment, we still get the Bigotti placeholder image when we text a link to the site for certain customers, we have already updated it on the backend of the theme in the Open Graph settings, as well as installing Yoast. Please advise, this is very confusing for our customers.

Please make sure that “Default Share Image” is set in Biagiotti Options > Social Networks ( please see screenshot ).
