I bought this theme 3 weeks ago. I have some problems with it.
First, I can’t seem to be able to change the designation of a Team member.

Secondly, I can’t edit the picture on a service page

Hi dear,
You just need to click edit team member link and drag page down you have found a field with designation.
Or
When you open admin panel on left hand side you have found a menu with name(team) click on it here you have all team members you just need to edit each member and change content when you scroll page down then designation and fields found.
If you does not found then you need to create ticket on our forum or send us mail on our email id along with issues list and your site admin panel info, our support team member fix those issues.

please i’m not understanding why my website did some funny thing lately.. it was a fully displayed with no sidebar but now when checking my website now i realised there has been a glitch and i can’t work using elementor plugin anymore to make edits. I didn’t edit or do anything why is this ?

You buy WordPress theme not HTML Template. In HTML template you found index.html file on template root directory but in WordPress theme you found .php files.

Kindly checkout carefully mobile browser setting may be javascript disable in your browser. You can checkout on any other mobile menus and content works perfectly.

If you have any other issue then either share screenshots or videos of those issues and send then on our email id because when we checkout on our mobile devices menus and other content works. hope you understand.
More then 450 users use this theme and none of them face this issue i think it’’s your browser javascript issue.
