You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Hola, acabo de comprar el tema y ya lo tengo instalado. He importado una de las plantillas, concretamente las de industria. He cambiado el logo desde la configuración de Porto y se me cambia en todas las páginas menos en la página de incio. Desde el editor de WPbackery se ve bien pero actualizo y publico de nuevo y al ingresar en la web me sigue apareciendo el Logo de Porto en la página de incio. ¿Cómo puedo solucionar esto?

I have a few problems running with Porto. My website is letsinterio.com
Issues: I have customised the homepage & custom product page but when clicking on update it says 404 error. Also I am unable to add/delete custom elements in product page.
I have just bought this theme and facing a lot of issues in building a multi-vendor platform.
Sometimes the media fails to open, sometimes these 404 on update. Also I have created a slider revolution which I am unable to add on the homepage.

Are you going to migrate the theme to Bootstrap 5? Currently it’s based on Bootstrap 4.6 if im not mistaken. There are some major changes.

For now, we are working on another new Theme update, so I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Thanks for your standard template answer. You should escalate this for real because of serious security issues. Your theme is based on bootstrap JS v4.1.3 and since then several vulnerabilities had been exposed (and closed). You should update the bootstrap version ASAP in the next theme update. Am I able to purchase your theme and first test it out in my sandbox environment? Then, once I have it configured, I can install it on my production site. By that, I mean installing the theme to my production site, not moving it over from my sandbox environment. Also, will I get most of the same functionality if I don’t IMPORT a demo? I’m worried doing so could mess up my existing site/configuration (if that makes sense.)

I set Sale price and scheduling just for One variation and let other variations as it is (that is, without scheduling). However, the Counter keeps displaying even when we select other variations (with No scheduling) on that Single product page.
Am I missing something, or there is some error.

I have just tested it at my end on my test site and finds the same behavior as you are facing on your site, so it looks like that the schedule timer is not working accordingly with variable products variations, so I have to forward it to the development department for testing it in deep and if this is an issue then solve it with the upcoming updates of the Theme and if this is the behavior then explain it as well. so please be patience and stay tuned…
I come across this video, and found that the Sale Scheduling is supposed to work with variations properly

Means, it should display the Schedule timer for only those variation, for which the schedule sale is set.
And should not display that timer once another variation is selected, for which scheduling is not set.
You can directly start viewing the video from 4:00 min onwards (skipping the previous part, if you want). I think the behaviour is present and should work accordingly, there could have been some other issue.
Please suggest how can we resolve this.

Thanks for your understanding and no sorry to say that but that issue is not solved in the last update of the Theme because when we reported that issue to the development department at that time the last update was ready to release, so that is the reason, but do not worry, our team is working on another new update of the Theme and soon we will release another new update of the Theme with fixed that issue so please be patience and stay tuned.

This seems to be the issue on your site only, please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

You have to go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type and you will find the “Header Builder in Customizer” selected from there: https://postimg.cc/18C9fBPc , you have to go there, and then click on HTML element and change the content as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/WDNXfmJK

in the docs it says there are a few page builders wpbakery, elementor, Visual Composer, Gutenberg,etc, it can only select one, so which one would you recommend, or any pros/cons for fashion/apparel Woocommerce shop, (not a blog site)

Yes, these all page builders are already pre-packaged with our Theme, and you can only use the single one on your site at a single time for avoiding any confliction.
And all page builders have their own features/functionality, WP Bakery was the oldest one compaitable with our Theme so it has much more powerful elements, and Elementor Page builder have its own latest design and features of elements, and same as for Visual Composer and Gutenberg, so you can go with anyone which better meets your requirements or the one you have a grip on it, and if you want to know my openion then I would suggest you to go with the WP Bakery, as it is the oldest and powerful one
