High Resource & Reset Activation

My resources server is too high while editing. What’s the memory required?

Also, the CPU reached the maximum. This is the first time happened. Porto or WP Bakery issue?

There is no such issue of high resources with our Theme or WP Bakery plugin, I am using it on my test site and also other customers are using it as well but did not report such issue, so it might be from your hosting provider or server, try to change the server and I am sure you will not finds such resources issue.

By default, Porto WordPress provides the functionality of color and image swatches, but for additional variation images or gallery, you have to try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements, unfortunately, it is not the core functionality of the Theme.

Sorry to say that but before purchasing the Theme you can not able to check the backend, as there is no such policy, and Cash On delivery method is provided by the WooCommerce so you can achieve it using WooCommerce plugin that comes up with the Theme package and for other extra tasks you can try to check with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

I’ve tried to set up as you followed also changed the Sign IN/Register URL to point my website to ‘my account page’ but here are the glitches I found.

1. Block ‘Sign IN/Register’ seems not to change status. I mean if a user is logged in, the same block remains as ‘Sign IN/Register’ and this will confuse users. Ideally, if a user is logged in ‘Sign out ’ button should be visible.

PS. I’ve already Show Login/Logout Icon in them options -> https://postimg.cc/TL77q0Nt

2. When a user is trying to register at the website using email ID, Theme allows autologin at the same stage of registration and the user is landing at the ‘My Account page.

In the ideal case, & registration flow should be as follows,

—a) User register using the email ID at my account page —b) same my account page will be presented with a password text box to enter the password which was sent to the user’s email id. —c) As soon as the password is entered, the User will be presented with the ‘My Account page.

3. I am using ‘nextend-social-login’ plugin to allow login using Facebook & Google but it seems that users cannot register using social login. The only login is allowed.

Actually, the Demo you are using have the Custom SignIn/Register in a header which has been set using block in header builder and that is for the dummy purpose, this will not change as dinamically, and the option that I indicate to you in my last reply, will dynamically work and you have to add the “Top Menu” in Header Builder like in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/SXvj8Gp6 and it will work for you with this option: https://postimg.cc/TL77q0Nt

2. Hi. There is a bug on infinity scroll for Portfolio sections. On portfolio archives page, some itens are loaded. When scrolling down it shows ajax loading animation but does not show the new itens loaded. I have to keep scrolling up and down to the itens load.

1. No need for the Revolution Slider and Elementor Pro plugin license, these plugins are already included in the Theme package and with Theme packaged plugins you can easily and simply Import any of the Theme Demo on your site as per your requirements.

I tried asking support team regarding couple of issues, but most of the time I received some type of abrupt, incomplete and irrelevant responses. Other than that, the support person, deliberately closes the Ticket ID, without actually resolving it.
He Being bit Rude too, while responding too

Was NOT expecting such response and support.
I wonder, is this called as Top Class Support

It seems, he is trying to ignore queries and unable to resolve them.

In contrary, I see that you are responding and resolving here in the comments section, in way much better than those who are handling the support queries at support system

I am really surprised, How can the support person mark the ticket as Solved, without our Consent and response.

Also, he showed only Part (half) Video on how to create button, and the video did not even shows how it reflects on Single Product page. And whether it will even show or not.

If I am getting that as part of the Demo content, I should be able to Edit it and if any such feature is available too.

But He straight away denies, that it can’t be achieved the same way, you are getting in Demo.

I being patient as per your suggestion when you requested me earlier in comments section here, but he simply kept ignoring.

If things can’t be done or achieved what they are intended for and how they are displaying, then please issue me a Refund.

Or else, please help me to resolve this.

Ask a Question button in our Demo is set up using WCF Multivendor plugin and it is coming from the plugin settings, so you can easily turn it ON/OFF from plugin settings.

If you want the same button as on the Demo, then you have to Import the same Demo and the same layout will appear for you, but as I explained above, that part is coming from the MultiVendor plugin so you have to look at it under plugin settings.

And in video the support agent showed you the steps of the solution to achieve it, and if you think the video is not complete for you then you could have asked for the remaining steps of the video as well in the same support ticket.

Yes, I did imported the same Demo Content (Shop 4), and I informed about the same also while raising the ticket. And that is why, from that Demo itself, I come to know about that “Ask a Question” button too.

3. You further suggested – ” if you think the video is not complete for you then you could have asked for the remaining steps of the video”

Yes, I did made a request on that Ticket ID.
PS: I just logged-in to support forum, and found that the agent replied there for Video again. However, I think, he might have forgot to share the Video link. Hence, I requested him again (just now) on another Follow-up ticket. Thanks again :)

4. Now coming back to the screenshots of the plugin, those really helped me to understand from where the “Ask a Question” button is actually coming from and how to further edit few settings.
This is what I was looking for and asking since beginning (while raising Ticket). If support agent could have understand my query, then I would not have asked you here.
There is really NO-need for Hardcoding, whatsoever, now
This is amazingly helpful.
Also, the Text “Ask a Question” can also be changed from there itself (plugin settings), as well as few form fields can be added too, without any additional coding help

You actually understand our queries at first instance, and tries to help at your level best.
I found that, here, In the comments section, we receive responses from your side, very quickly, and also with as much details as you can

Problems, Problems, Problems. I really don’t know what you people doing there, but the theme becomes worst and worst in newer versions. I lost all my Saturday morning trying to update the menu but something was not working well since last update and the menu was not saving changes. I decided to update the theme again to 6.13 version and then i lost all the Porto Fancy text functionality (Type effect) and typography (Italics letters) of our page.

And, please do not tell us about support. These things should work as standard, without any support to be needed.

Really sorry for the inconviniance but this is not true at all, there is no such issue with our latest Theme update, the issue is only on your site and that might be because of your own Customization or because of the third party plugin or becuase of the cache, so you have to debug it on your site, Otherwise, you have to purchase the support extesnion first, because your 6 months of support period is expired from 13/05/2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support and then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details and with permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well, so that our experts will check it for you and help you out.
