Unfortunately it is not compatible with 2.4.3 ! Why do you write that it is? 2.4.1 is the latest Magento version that is supported by default. I will open a ticket to request the file for 2.4.3 otherwise I have to ask for a refund.

I will also reply on previous ticket and got their response we will look and and solve it again no one help just waisting my 2 week time. Hello, we are thinking of buying Supro, to update our current theme (Unero). What happens to the static pages that were created with Unero, will it display correctly after adding the new Supro theme? Also, do you offer paid migration services? We only have 6 static pages made with Unero Page builder.
Also, would the Megamenu created in Unero and the rest of the MGS Theme settings (v1.3.2) selected in the Magento Admin backoffice will be lost? Or the MGS theme will be updated and our settings kept?

Supro and Unero uses 2 different builder, so it will be difficult to keep the homepage. If you only uninstall Unero and install Supro, the setting of Magento default in admin will be not affected but theme setting will be lost

Sorry for any delay but actually your problem is not our side, I explain as follow
1) You was unable to upload all the theme files to your server via ftp, this comes from unstable server connection, so we recommended that you should ask your hosting provider to check the connection again then you can upload normal.
2) You installed our theme normal, without full demo data, so you can’t have all theme demo, you will need to install the theme with full demo. We also provided sql and media demo, they are what you need to install the theme with full demo

Hi, We try to install supro theme on your localhost. When we add your purchase code we have the message : “Purchase code “XXXX-XXXX” has been used for another domain. If you want to change domain for this purchase code, please click here”. In doc, you says we can use theme on developer site (Option 1: Work on your localhost.). How can we active the theme ? We install supro on a macos and access from “localhost” url in your webrowser.
