Hello Admin, I have been using your theme for long now and no issues, but today i had a few issues while working on a website.
Problem is : I can not edit TITLE & TEXT with WP BAKERY builder. Pictures can be edited, but Text and Title cant be edit. It hangs in Limbo for Hours showing Loading.
I have never experienced this before. I use the theme on other site and it works perfectly fine, ... Pls Admin, can you help me out.

I have got it. There wasnt much time to wait for this Long process. So i contacted my Hosting Provider – Namecheap, and its done now. They have sorted it out, and it works just fine now . So, never mind.
But please, you guys need a Livechat System!!! Sending of tickets is just to slow especially based on the fact that your customers may need immediate attention or solutions. You have a very Nice theme which i love, but just try to work on the Livechat Support, rather than Ticketing … Thanks for your time…

I’m interested in buying the theme and using the Fit Row Photograpy template, in particular.
I’m a video producer and would want to use and embed my individual Vimeo links so that they appear on the opening home page in the same way that the photos do on the template example.
Is it possible to use Vimeo links and for them to be clicked on and played within the site without being taken out of the actual website?

Yes you can create a linkable Gallery and set the layout of it as Fit Row and link the each gallery to Vimeo or YouTube video, then when click on each item it will be show the video inside the Lightbox in your website.

I’m writing in response to my first question you answered last week (2nd Aug) but after having some time today to finally take a look at the theme and demo, I obviously need some more detail of how I actually make it work!
1. How do I actually create a linkable Gallery to begin with inside of my WP dashboard? I thought it might be like my previous WP theme and create it in Portfolio but I don’t think that’s the case with Xtra?
2. Therefore, is this something I need to do inside of the WPBakery plug in?
3. And if so, do I need to buy a WPBakery license to access this part? I don’t mind if that’s the case ($45, I think for one site). I’m just asking so it’s clear to me.
In case it helps, i’ve downloaded the Photographer 3 demo which I’m trying to customise in order to use the Fit Row style with individual Vimeo links that play within the site, rather than photos.

One thing I noticed, which maybe is not supposed to happen in your demos: Clicking a video actually takes me away from the site, to YouTube. I think video should be an embed and open in iframe, yes? See videos on Dance theme, and Charity Theme, for examples. No worries, I still expect to purchase tomorrow, thanks!
Note, in Dev tools (Firefox) I deleted the Embed.Tawk.to js items and the video embed works. Just a conflict, hope that helps! Great work on the themes, love the look, buying today or tomorrow

I have been trying to import demo data on 5 times after purchasing theme. The first attempt, i could not access any of my other websites on my server. I had no choice but to delete the application. Importing file “The Members of a Team Are Power”. Overall progress: 31/69
