I have been working at Flatsome for almost 2 years. To be honest the flatsome has several shortcomings in features. For example, you can not replace category pages with your own block. You need to make patents like creating category and subcategory pages and redirect the default woocommerce pages to them. The new functions are good but it will be good to improve the old ones as well. Also, if you bothered to make a badge for the new products, at least put an option so that we can change the NEW label in our own language.

Hi guys, I ran in to an issue with your recent addition of: NEW: Product variation swatches. I use the following plugin which has been the only one to achieve my requirements of showcasing the variations as images without many settings (my site is reliant on this instead of the select dropdown variation) & also doesn’t require messing about with extra settings in the attributes. The only issue is that updating the Flatsome theme to the latest version overrides this plugin.. even with the setting of Advanced → WooCommerce turned off. Could you possibly take a look. Let me know if you need a copy of the plugin. I won’t be able to use your new feature due to already building my site around this plugin. https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-variations-images/17780604 I have reported this to the plugin developer also. I have since had to roll back & will not be able to update my theme until I can resolve this issue.

Hi! The new update is awesome. The feature: NEW: Builder: Sticky column option—works fine on desktop. However, when tested on Tablet the column seems to be ignoring the sticky attribute. Please check and confirm.

Hi. After a long time reaching out to the support team. With google rolling out new ranking criteria. In terms of performance of the website. Two important factors are being highly relavant and are related with the theme. (Remove Unused CSS and Delay JavaScript Execution). In this Context Wp Rocket have rolled out both the options (Remove Unused CSS (Beta) and Delay JavaScript Execution). We are facing some issues on our Flatsome theme.

Issue No. 1 While activating the Remove Unused CSS (Beta) version. The Menu bar of the Mobile Version breaks. We need to de-active the options. Since Wp Rocket Remove Unused CSS is in Beta version. In the next release the full version would be released. We hope The Menu bar of the Mobile Version needs to addressed in the upcomming release.

Issue No. 2 While activating the Delay JavaScript Execution. The slider is not loading both on the Desktop and Mobile Version.

Issue No. 3. We are using Product Filters for WooCommerce in our website. While activating the Delay JavaScript Execution. The filters are not working.

We do feel Remove Unused CSS and Delay JavaScript Execution are one of most important factors for SEO ranking and performance of websites in the coming days. The above issues needs to be addressed.

Hi. My website using flatsome is stuck on the site loader – spinner with logo when trying to load it on mobile only, and also noticed site got slower on pc. Theme is updated to the latest version. I restored a site backup from 6 days ago and it works fine now but i would like to see what you think please
