Hello, I am new to the idea of elementor. Do I need elementor to use the riode theme? If I don’t have elementor, am I at a big disadvantage when trying to build my site using the riode theme?

If you do not want to use Elementor, then you can go with WP Bakery or Visual Composer page builders as well, you can use one at a single time on the single site as per your requirements.

Yes, you have to use any one of the page builders if you want to move with the pre-built Demo of the Theme, and if you want to start from scratch then you can go without page builders as well.

We are sorry but the products are WooCommerce default functionality and our Theme does not have any influence on it, please check it once with the default Theme like Twenty twenty one and check whether the issue will presist with the default WP Theme or not, If yes then it means the issue is from WooCommerce and you have to contact them, because once it will work fine with the default Theme then it will also work fine with our Theme as well and if the issue will not presist with the default WP Theme then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, related posts images have the standard size and it is defined in the core code, so there is no option in the Theme to change it, and Blog images worked on the layout you select for your blog page, this is how it works, and further more you can Customize it as per your requirements using Custom CSS as well.

Please go to Wp-Dashboard >> Plugins and delete the old version of the plugin from there, and then go to Riode >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code, and after that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install the very latest version of the plugin from there, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and if yes, then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you on your site.

Hi guys. Bought yesterday. Just a few concerns. 1. Do I have to deactivate WP bakery to be able to edit using Elementor alone? 2. I have Elementor PRO Licence, do I need to activate that or it will conflict with the inbuilt elementor functions. 3. I changed the landing page image/background on Demo 1 but it fails to appear on my website the dummy image just won’t go away. Is there something am not doing right? 4. 1. If you are using both of the plugins on the same site at the same time, then those will conflict with each other, so you have to go with one page builder with which you have Imported the Demo on your site, like if you imported the Elementor version of the Demo then you have to go with the Elementor page builder only.
2. It will not conflict with the inbuilt functions, you can go with the Elementor pro version as well but if any pro feature will create an issue on your site then you have to ask pro plugin support for getting help on that.
3. Which image you are talking about? Can you please share the screenshot of that section/image with your site WP-Admin Login details with us via our support system so that we will check it for you on your site and provide you the best possible solution for it.
4. You can make any of your pages a Shop page, you have to select that page as Shop page from Wp-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products

I already opened a ticket and the image is uploaded there-in. The image on a blue background with a slim lady white top. No matter what I do the image wont change. My site login details are also shared in the ticket opened.
