The last issue that we talked about, the “Works” section “Portfolio Item” under the main slider on the Home.
Yes, this We dont understand why is not working fine.
For context, months ago I asked you to when you entry on the website always see the first category “Aluminium” and the 9 pictures
with that category as a portfolio. It works sometimes well sometimes wrong, specially on Safari wrong. If you try sometimes you actualize,
and this section will work suddenly wrong. Maybe is the JS you did for that asking.
I mean sometimes, I share screenshot, the web in this section shows you all the pictures of all the categories, and not able to push the buttons
of category. Sometimes it works fine, but we need stabilty on this. We dont understand the reason.
In the screenshot you see that the website on safari is showing all categories, not able to push buttons nothing else chosen in.
Can you help us pls?

Hello, please you should try on Safari, especially movil devices. There is not working well. If you try, actualiza and navigate on the website a little you will see that its not working the filtering and show every portfolios, and also you cant choose. Can you help with that? And its strange, not problem in english version but in spanish that its the main language of the website, is not working fine. Try pls and say me something.

Hello! Just bought the regular license. From the downloaded zip file, all i can see is the parent, child and plugins zip file. The theme installs fine. However, I don’t see the dummy / WXR files to import via the import tool so I can stage/setup a demo site for my client?

Make sure you have installed and activated Unyson plugin. Process to install Unyson plugin
1) Navigate to the Unyson > Available Extensions > Backup & Demo Content (Install)
2) Navigate to the Tools > Demo Content Install > Select the demo Content > install
3) Please be patient, as it may take a few minutes to import everything. Once it is completed, you will receive a success message finally.

Just a thought… I did a speed check on the demo site with GT metrics and got a fantastic grade of E with speed rating of 51.
I have a feeling this is associated with the loader used every time you click an internal link on the site and it just sits there loading the page (very irritating by the way).
I removed all of these loading animations and function and without optimizing images or any content, got a grade of B with speed load of 81.
Two things… it is irritating in this day and age to wait at all for a page to load and no one likes the page loader animations – I would wager if you removed these from your demo and also from default theme install and demo content import that you might drastically increase your sales.
I know if you had not provided instructions to remove these, I would not have bought the theme due to GT Metrics speed test (which I am sure a lot of people use before buying a theme these days).
All that said… now that i have those removed and a good page load speed… the theme is very nice to use, looks great and support has been very good!

Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

I logged into support area… is the only support via the forum in this area? Is there no ticket system – for privacy? I have a password protected site and I am not comfortable posting PW for viewing on this on a forum to get support for an issue I am having.
What is up with your shortcode blocks in WPBakery… I was having issues with the timeline blocks… so I figured I would try a bunch of the others. SO MANY ISSUES – it is like they are beta versions or something.
So, to check, I tested about 1/3 of the various shortcodes and some don’t show icons, some have alignment issues, some show options that shouldn’t be there. Etc Etc. Someone at DT should take a look and make sure these are all still working.
On the demo, these shortcodes offer some of the coolest elements for pages on the site (one of the reasons I bought the theme), but when they don’t display as they should – it is extremely frustrating.
I have bought 100’s of themes over the years. 5% work exceptionally well, 75% of them have a few issues that usually can be fixed and the remainder go in the garbage.
For a theme like Red Art, which is in the upper price range on themeforest, there should be very very little time wasted trying to get things to look or display right (the way they are shown in the demo) – they are simply supposed to work!
I love the look of this theme, but with these ongoing issues, I have spent 80% of my time trying to get things to work or look proper versus being able to focus on content – got at least 16 hrs of troubleshooting in so far and I’ve only had the theme for 3 days – that’s messed up.
Like Font Awesome icons not showing?? Had to youtube that one and ended up using Font Awesome’s own plugin to fix it.
And support? A forum? A ticket system is the norm, or at least email.
Just about ready to throw the towel in on this theme, request a refund and start fresh with a different theme.

Looking to buy this theme, but I really want to be able to use the image of the woman painted dark shown on your details page. Can you tell me where you got this image and if it is possible to buy it somewhere online so I can use it in the theme?
Also wondering if there is a way to eliminate the floating (loading page) icon/logo when navigating the site – this is like the OL spinning wheel from the days of flash or when an error is about to halt a program. In other words, likely to irritate a lot of people coming to my website – especially a younger audience.
I would really like to get a reply on this so I can decide if I want to buy the theme and get rolling on my next project – otherwise gotta find another theme.

IS NOT WORKING on mobile phones: If you enter in a mobile, you will see all the portfolios of all the categories in scroll, 24 portfolios, and you cant choose the category, the button doesnt works. In Desktop i working well, when you enter you see first displayed the first category and then you can choose. What happend? This is the most important thing. THX
