Yes, we have this options and it should work; in order to check why it is not working in your installation we need to look at your URL

In TheGem, Theme Options are built reflecting the flexible three-tier template hierarchy approach.

Tier 1: Theme Options allow you to make global website setup, which will be automatically applied to all single pages & posts and all archive pages: https://prnt.sc/1czwsiw

Tier 2: Additionally, you can make separate settings for selected types of single and archive pages (posttypes) , which will differ from global settings and will apply only on this selected types https://prnt.sc/1czx7nn. For example, if you wish, that all your blog posts or product categories have different layout & styles than the rest of your website, you can easily make this custom settings in Theme Options (see “Single Pages” and “Archive Pages”). This level overrides the global level for the selected posttype.

Tier 3: And finally, using Page Options, you can setup individual pages, posts, products etc. to look differently than set for the whole website (Tier 1) or for the selected posttypes (Tier 2) https://prnt.sc/1czxkec. This level overrides the posttype and global level

Please check, if in page options the footer settings are set to “Default Settings” to inherit setting set in Theme Options and then check if the Tier 2 (posttype settings in “Single Pages” or “Archive Pages”) is activated and which footer settings you have there.

Hi guys, you haven’t replied yet, but I would like to add something to my comment. It seems nothing in the ‘Customizer’ section seems to have any effect on the setting of my shop page anymore.. Not the image sizing, not the categories being displayed on the product page. Can you please advise me what to do next? I haven’t installed any new plugins in the meantime.

Thank you for the reply, I wanted to make sure I have the correct version. I imported the corporate demo, one of the images is triggering 404:

For some reason during the import id=24746 was added. I am assuming this is a bug, can you issue a fix for it or tell me how to fix it?
