2 question here that I need your help.
1. How can i move the “Back to top” icon on the mobile version as Im going to implement a sticky menu at the bottom of mobile page. https://snipboard.io/fO1HAV.jpg2. I tried to look for many plugins for the sticky button menu for mobile like you see on the screenshot (orange color), i would like to know if the theme is able to setup such stick menu button for mobile page with different color and icon for each button?
Those plugin i found is only ONE color for the entire sticky button.

Heya! I have set up the wishlist as per your docs – and in theme options I have set to Guests CAN use wishlist. Items are added to wishlist fine, but when they go to wishlist (because its now part of the my account) it shows as EMPTY. Can we have wishlists for guests or not? If not, how can i hide the wish list in header from logged out users.

Yes, we are glad to know that our favorite website based on Basel is still maintained and looks awesome.
The problem seems to be caused by some kind of cache. The empty wishlist page is cache and always shown to not logged-in customers.
Hmmm must be in WP Engine – Ill let the client know to clear cache in the hosting! Thanks so much

Hi, I’ve noticed that you add folder parts to css folder. So I guess for v 5.5 you’ve made some great changes to css. The problem is that your code is full of errors, especially for RTL. Main repeated problem: you’ve forgotten to put auto for all original directions (for instance: right: 5px -> left: 5px; right:auto;) I’ve corrected some in child theme but there are many many of them. Pls review you code. The RTL looks very bad!

I discovered something: When I use the main form (basel)..... the problem disappears But when I use the son form (basel child), the problem comes back I’m sure the latest version of the theme Note: Use the copy from right to left (RTL) This is a screenshot

If the problem appears with the child theme only then there is some custom code from the old Basel version that needs to be updated. You need to take those functions from the latest version or remove them completely.

We don’t know what exactly you (or maybe your developer) customized in the child theme. But the fact it works well when the child theme is turned off. It means that you have an outdated code inside the child theme that was added by you or somebody who customized your website. So to solve this problem now all these customizations should be revised by the developer or removed.

Hello, when I purchased this theme several years ago, there was a very cool feature where Instagram posts/images could display on a product page based off of a specific hashtag. I no longer can find this feature in any of your theme demos, has it been removed? Is it because of Instagram’s API updates, or some other reason?

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

It usually happens when you transfer your website completely to a new domain and deactivate the license on the old domain. In this case, your new activation is no longer valid. To avoid this you need to always deactivate the theme license before transferring your website.
To fix this problem and update the theme you need to perform the following actions:
1. Go to Dashboard > Basel> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on the “Check Again” button.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Hello, Before the Woocommerce April update, when the product we added to the cart was, a popup window would open from the side and show the products added to the cart without leaving the product page. Then, after the update in April, this window stopped appearing. Instead, when the add to cart button is pressed, it redirects to the Cart page. I thought it would be fixed in the update of Basel theme on July 13, but the problem still persists. Can you help me with this?

Probably, you have enabled the “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” option in Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products. Try to disable it and check how it works.
