Hi , I have bought the theme and have few questions.
1. When I use portfolio list , how do I get the scattered option we see in the demo. 2. Can I change the portfolio page description location. It’s either right or at the bottom. How I make it to the top. 3. How do I display the title of my image under each portfolio item ?

Hi there, love the simplicity of the theme. However I have encountered critical error for to access Widget, support responded this is caused by WP version issue & new update is TBC; I’m also awaiting solution for fixing bug/off-grid issue for Video placeholder on Portfolio pages… Understand this is a new theme and it may take some more back & forth to perfect everything, but I’m afraid I do have a pressing schedule to launch the site pretty soon. I’m sorry but I wish to know if it’s possible to switch to another theme of yours?

Portfolio items cannot have Sold or price label, however this is possible to achieve with products as you can see here.

Hey guys, just purchased your theme. Looks great but for some reason the shop homepage isn’t displaying any of the latest products or shop by category items. I’ve install all the demo data so not sure what’s gone wrong here. www.theideaspace.co.uk

I have also noticed that replacing the logo is problematic, I can’t change it using the Core options, but can using customiser. But when I use that method it enlarges the logo as seen in the link www.theideaspace.co.uk

Actually this theme seems to be broken, It keeps reverting to a boxed layout even though in Elementor it’s full width, can’t get the logo to work via the core options or the page options.

Sorry for the trouble but I purchased and have been trying to get your theme working for the last few hours, have installed and reinstalled multiple times on a fresh wordpress install, have tried latest and also the two earlier versions of wordpress but still get the same error when trying to activate the QI addon for Elementor, I get a critical error and it pulls the site down for me, tried to go to your support page but your page gives me a error trying to log a ticket?

Hye guys, I’ve got a problem with “footer top area column” number in the widget section. When I select “four” in Marceau Core Options > Footer, I only have 3 “footer top area column” widget displayed. I’m using child theme with demo files imported. Any Idea why ?
I finally found the answear to this problem: there is a file in the theme (marceau>inc>footer>helper.php) where I had to replace the value “3” by “4” @ this line : ‘footer_top_sidebars_number’ => 3 I suppose there is a way to make it dependant to the dropdown value selected in this part of the theme configurator : “Marceau Core Options > Footer” but didn’t found with which attribute to replace the number by.

Hi there, this theme looks lovely. May I know how easy is it for someone (who struggles with Wordpress) to set this up?
There’s a lot of elements on the demo that I don’t need on the homepage, so is it easy to remove them? E.g. I’ll need a gallery on the homepage and it has to be under the first fold – which means, under the main full page image so when the visitor starts scrolling from the top the next thing he’ll see will be a gallery.
Is that easy to do?

Hi. What about video portfolio? And what about pagination in portfolio? Do this theme support infinite scroll? Preloading? For example I have 50-100 videos, people really need to scroll all this or use numbered pagination? Also I don’t see sorting in portfolio, only pinterest, which is useless. I would get this theme, if everything is supported, but I don’t see it, so waiting for your answer. Thanks.

1. Videos can also be added on portfolio single pages by setting ‘Media Item Type’ to ‘Video’ ( please see screenshot ).
2. Infinite scroll is available as pagination type for portfolio lists ( screenshot ).
3. You can enable page spinner preloading effect for pages in Marceau Core Options ( screenshot ).
4. Pagination options for portfolio list are – standard (numbered) pagination, load more button and infinite scroll
5. You can enable category filter for any portfolio list type in portfolio list settings ( screenshot ).
