We are happy to buy the theme again, but as it has not been updated in 4 years would we be able to get a price reduction? The client likes the theme, but I know that without updates this theme will also become redundant in a few years and so we ill have to replace it again.

I have recently purchased the Photogra theme and installed it on my WP website – https://kreovska.com/
Unfortunately, I have an issue with the slider – it just keeps loading/the circle keeps circling 
. I have tried all PHP versions from 5.6 to 8. I increased all of the PHP parameters significantly as well. I have disabled all server modsec rules. I have checked the apache error log for possible issues. Additionally, I have enabled the debug mode, but it does not show any information as well. Last but not least, I tried installing older WP versions like 5.5.x and 5.4.x. Nothing helps – the slider just keeps spinning. I’ve read through the forum regarding the
issue, but in this case it is not applicable, as the opening and closing brakets for “paragraph” are just not there. Could you please take a look and give me some suggestions on how to resolve the issue?

This is not a theme issue. In order to fix this error, you need to increase the file size upload limit. That is, you need to increase the value of the upload_max_filesize directive in your php.ini file. You can talk to your host’s support to increase the file size upload limit.
we had already created the portfolio with slider. the problem is that it is not automatically displayed as a start page, but as a subpage. the program created a different start page by itself, but i don’t want it.
my question now: how is it possible that my created portfolio is displayed as start page (and not as subpage)?

1. Navigate to: Portfolio > Add New.
2. Type image caption
3. Click Browse to insert picture
4. Create/select category
5. Click Publish. Done!

Just renewed my support. I setup the contact page and it shows up just fine on the website. However, when sending a test email I get the following message:

Hi – I am trying to fix the Home page slider – it is no longer loading on the website. https://beatty-robotics.com/ (I changed the homepage to a full screen static page while the slider is not loading – - so it’s not a blank scree).
While I have the homepage set up to a static page, I Installed the theme on my test site and the same problem is happening there. You can see on https://labs.irishguydesign.studio/ (the loader keeps spinning).
The website is running on WordPress 5.4 with all the plugins and theme up-to-date.
Any help to restore the homepage to the full screen slideshow would be awesome. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
