No, sorry to say that but not like the same, you can not set the image gallery in a different column, as there is no such option in our Theme, you can check all the layouts of the product on our Demo site here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop1/ and you can create your Custom one as well: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/faq/how-to-create-custom-product-layout-using-porto-template-builder-and-with-wp-bakery-page-builder/

That was because of our server was down, and we have fixed it now with the collaboaration of the hosting company, so please go to Porto >> Dashboard and try to reactivate the Theme from there, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Ok, I have purchased two html portos and the admin and he wordpress version today..WOW everything is scrambled and the demo content is WAY WAY messed up. Two hours trying to make it work and NOTHING..very disappointed right now

First time You solve this problem without I share my admin details. Now I deleted all (I forgot backup) and I need to make my site from beginning. And here is why everybody is a spammer for Your company? Why we can update the theme without any problem. Just with this theme I have this problem. I am sorry but that IP issue occurs when you tried to activate the Theme on different sites/domains/IP and that is against Envato policy, you can only use the single license of the Theme on a single site/domain/IP this is Envato policy and you may wish to confirm from them as well, so then we have to whitelist the IP if the client does not creak the Envato policy, and that is what we did for you before as well, but at this time, I was not able to locate your server IP and that is the reason I asked for the Login details of your site, but no more need now, because your action, “deactivating and reactivating” the Theme trigger your IP again in our database and that helped me to locate your IP, so now I have found and whitelisted your IP, Please try again now, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

No, we will not, but we will follow the debugging processes listed below:
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

Please check it once with the default Theme of the WP like Twenty Twenty, just to make it sure that the issue is with our Theme or not, if it behaves same with the default WP Theme as well then it will make sure that the issue is not from our Theme but the issue is from WP core and in that case you have to contact the WP support or your hosting provider, otherwise if the issue will solve with the default theme of the WP then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

Hi, we are having an issue with the Quick View mode for products and Multicurrency. If we modify te currency, for example to USD dollars, the shop shows the correct prices (in dollars) but in the Quick View we still see the price in euros (instead of dollars).
Is there a fix for this?

There is no such issue with our Theme, It is working perfectly fine for us with WooCs plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/
If you are using any other plugin then please try with the above one, and if you are using the same one on your site then that might be because of the cache, so you have to remove the server cache like CDN etc, and then deactivate it till you are in the development process and then you have to deactivate all the third party plugins including all the cache plugins on your site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Hello. Is there any way to add some content in shop page and all the other subpages of the shop page? I try do make porto block and add the slug in the inner top of the page but i nothings happen and i think shop page dont recognize it. After that i try to add the block in the section inside the theme option that you add html blocks and it actually work. The problem with that is that block is visible in every page and i want it to be visible only in the shop page.

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the Shop page from there, scroll below and you will finds view options and under view options you will find the below listed options:
*. Content Top
*. Content Inner Top
*. Content Inner Bottom
*. Content Bottom
You can paste the particular block slug name in any of that option and it will work for you and if you are not able to do it then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.
Nope i have try with this way and it doesnt work at all. Is there any way to put my block in the html blocks inside the theme options and write something to the code to showing only for shop page? I found this one [porto_block id=”6757” not_render_home=”1”] and it works but only for home page

Hi, I am using the megamenu and I hide the sub menu title with this css:
.submegamenu a.nolink { visibility: hidden! important; } submegamenu is the class I put in the sub title directly inside the optional class of the menu item.
In the desktop version it works perfectly, but in the mobile version, I still see the line and arrow.
How can I solve?

This is because that Sub Menu has more Sub Sub Menu items under it and in mobile, if you click on that Sub Menu item then it will expand and open the Sub Sub Menu items, this is the reason, it is showing in mobile like that and this is the default functionality, if you will completely remove it on mobile then you will not be able to see the Sub Sub Menu items as well in it, hope this is clear and make sense now.
I solved, but in an unprofessional way, as follows:

Yours is a great template, but the mega menu is very limited, it could be a big advantage for everyone to implement it.
