Is there a way I could use your theme for a booking transportation website? What I need is a form for the client to enter their information (name, email, number), type of shipment (regular, expedited), addresses (origin & destination with Google Maps support for auto-completion), shipping date, and other fields. I thought I could use/modify any of your Car Rental demos, but I can’t see a way to edit those forms. Maybe I could use any other demo, like the service one that has the booking plugin included, or classified ads demo, change the submission form and let the clients upload their “listings”.
Please let me know my options. I’ve had your theme for years and I would like to use it.

None of the theme layouts meets your requirements. Each of them contains a unique functionality. It needs to implement a new logic to the existing functionalities in the theme layouts.
Also, the Car Rental layout requires billing and shipping details after selecting the vehicle. The theme uses the WooCommerce Checkout page for this, so you can modify the Checkout template via the Child theme.

1. Sold Cars can be disabled only in the Theme Options section. If it doesn’t work on your website, please submit a ticket and provide admin access to your website.
2. The STM Sold Cars element displays only the Classic filter. It isn’t possible to use the Modern filter for sold listings.

I am trying to find out where I can link this “Pay for listing button” to a product checkout I made… when I click that button… it brings me and my customers to an empty checkout cart…

You do not need to link the button to a product. If you are getting a such kind of message, it means you are using the old version of the theme or core plugins aren’t up to date.

Nicely done… now it brings me to the check out page showing the car am adding, however, when I proceed to check out… I get a message saying “SOMETHING WENT WRONG. PLEASE TRY AGAIN OR CHOOSE ANOTHER PAYMENT SOURCE.” is it that this checkout page isn’t actually connected to a product? I’m wondering if you can’t allow the add car widget to have the same feature as the pricing widget where you can adjust the price for single listing by picking which product you have created… wouldn’t that give better control?
Why are the standard STM default icons 73 no longer visible in the engine pack? How can I make this visible.

Yes, you can see them there but when I enter a new selection in the vehicle list setting, these are nowhere to be found.
The standard symbols cannot be found in either the Awesome font or Motor Pack. I cannot select any of the default icons because they cannot be found Here is the link to the picture

When I try to activate I get the error message
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I removed other installed themes (except for 2020) and it still threw the error.
I then removed Motors theme (via cPanel) and the site was fine again

Also, you should not install the plugins of the theme first. So please just select the needed layout and install it.
Regarding the support, it is simple – you should select the product that you have purchased.

I already have a working version of the Theme on my server in another cPanel account so assumed it would work straight away – I will review the server requirements as you suggest but on first glance it look as if my server has those parameters but will check fully in the morning (its 9pm here now) And I have always selected the Theme button when submitting the ticket
I have have a full license and paid support for Motors theme through Theme Forest. I have several outstanding support tickets. I have now seen other tickets on Wordpress forums regarding the use of “Freemium” Looking at the instructions in those forums it says my Stylemix “account” should have a “Public Key” – there is nothing in the Account section of my Stylemix account to acknowledge my purchase. So it seems I am stuck without support. I have 6 months paid support left but no way to use it. I want to but another license but am afraid to spend the money if there is no support. Every support link takes me to the support ticket page that seems to have nothing to do with “Freemium” and there are my tickets there that 5-6 days old

There are 16 tickets from you in our support system and it is very unclear why you are trying to submit a ticket using a different form now. Since you have the theme license, you should select the appropriate button – https://prnt.sc/1du49va, instead of the plugin.

all support requests via https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets have been submitted via the theme button. I was desparate because I was not getting any support questions answered so googled around and found reference to the Freemium thing – I saw that my purchases of the theme (now 3 themes purchases) should show up in my Stylemix account page – it shows none
just out of curiosity ….So is Freemius just for the “plug in” support – so different to the Theme support ??
