Please go to your account and manage your licenses.“ I definitely not have registered on another site. It´s the only one. What can I do that my Flatsome is working normal?

i new that my support has expired but I have a small problem that you could solve in seconds, cause other people had the same one before (read that in the comments). It would be very kind if you could help me out!
I got the problem by using a custom product layout, that the sticky add to cart button is displayed behind the layout so that the customer could not see it. How do I bring it in the front? Thats seem to be a general problem with is not fixed over the past months. Just got the latest Version of Flatsome.
Please help me out.

Our company just renewed Premium Support using our internal Envato account. The account we used is not the verified buyer account for the theme as we engaged an agency back in 2017 to buy them Theme, but we paid for it.
However, the Premium Support Extension is tied to our account, and we are able to verify that.
We just submitted a support ticket, which was denied and automatically closed despite the suport extension payment, even though we followed your instructions as per this clause:

You can also send in a support ticket through the Flatsome WordPress backend area, Flatsome → Help/Guide → Premium E-mail Support. More information on this method can be found here.Why do you allow your automated system to snub your paying customers in this manner?
The ticket number for this conversation is: 138023 and we expect it to be responded to as we paid for the support today. The UX using this method leaves a lot to be desired.

Envato Market controls purchases and licenses. Unfortunately, we are unable to support accounts that are not valid Flatsome buyers. Additionally, Envato doesn’t allow you to extend a support package unless you purchase a valid license for a product. There is something wrong here. We don’t know who you paid for the license or support. But the system is not working like this on Theme Forest. To resolve the issue, you must first contact Envato here.
This is false.
WE HAVE A VALID KEY and LICENSE, and that is why Envato sold us the extended support. It’s all in the info I submitted in ticket 138023.
How is it that you offer this clause, and then deny us Support?

It clearly states: in case you are not a verified buyer…
Check out our site and the license key I provided in the ticket above. We have a VALID KEY FOR YOUR THEME, and we paid for extended support – that was also verified by the payment screenshot provided.
How is it that you refuse to provide us that support, and offer no other option of getting it, despite the clause above??
I checked your ticket. That purchase code doesn’t belong to your current account “dacastcom”. It’s registered to “Wats* ew”. If you are the owner of that account as well, please submit your support ticket over “Wats *ew”. So, our system can verify your support status.
About the receipt of extended support, it’s a support renewal confirmation screenshot of the Stratus theme, not Flatsome. As I said, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Envato support to solve this issue. We don’t have any control over licenses and support renewals; only Envato does.
