I’m afraid not, as a demo is built using the theme options and you can’t have two separate theme options setting combinations saved in WordPress I’m afraid.

Yeah, the theme is compatible with TikTok – it comes with TikTok icons everywhere and you can embed them into the post too.

So I currently have a directory listing theme, but am planning on deleting the directory section and then switching to a more content rich theme. I can set everything up on the staging site, QA and push live. But I am sure there will be little bits I cannot figure out, so if you’d be able to provide support around that if / when required it would be really helpful

Ah okay, we can definitely guide you and help where possible, however, if something requires code customizations it will need to be done via a freelance customization job, as Themeforest support policy is only really intended for reporting bugs and general theme issues.

Hello Chris, right now my support has ended but I have a minor problem and I know is a Simple Fix. The footer’s copyright section is showing the wrong color and I don’t know how to fix it, for some reason the color showed is dark gray (even though I choose the white color) and I want it to be white. is there a quick fix for this? Hope you’re well! And go to Theme Options > Typography > Font Colors, and check your Copyright color, that’s where it’s all set. You can set it to white there

Hi, i’m interested in your theme for a webmagazine. I like the preset Mnmlst but i found that the current version is lacking of excerpt, text to explain a bit more each article.
Will it be possible on this preset to easily add excerpt to some part? The same way as it is done on the ZEEN version?

Yes, you can enable excerpts on Mnmlst demo. It’s an option in the theme options and for that demo it was turned off, but you can easily turn it back on

This is my last response on the matter: I tested it and it works fine on my local dev site, on the live demo sites and no other customers (over 4000) are reporting that issue.
A huge amount of “bugs” reported by customers end up being due to plugins, customer code customizations, outdated this, outdated that, etc, etc.
If you have any type of theme issue – you simply need to open a support ticket. The support team will promptly investigate and if it is a theme bug – it’ll be fixed. If it isn’t, you’ll get some advice on how to fix it. Simple.
Most customers have valid support and use the support system to ask for help, there are hundreds of tickets opened every week. You will not be prioritized over them.

It was an issue on my end, sorry i apologise, i was frustrated i also change my review.
The issue of course with the lazy load in ads, is real, i replace ads with text and then gif images was working fine.
just add gif images to ads and disabel lazy load. You will see th stil have lazy load css. Thanks

That’s why the support system is the correct process to report issues. The support team’s main job is to help investigate issues and see if it is the theme or not. If it’s a theme bug then it is escalated to the developer and it is fixed via an update (as you’ve seen, Zeen gets updated all the time with new features and fixes).
But I am really thankful you changed the rating to reflect this all

Is there someplace that shows all of the available Tipi Builder block types (Headers, Content Blocks, Elements, Page Layouts, etc.)? I’m digging the look of Zeen, but the demos all seem to focus on simply displaying variations on custom post grids, rather than headers, content blocks, typography, etc.

Thanks for checking out Zeen
The theme comes with 15 different base header designs to choose from and various options on top to practically set up whatever design you’re looking for. There are multiple sticky header styles, header call to action button, ad spaces, etc, etc. If there’s a particular look you’d like to achieve, show me it and I’ll confirm if Zeen can do it easily or not.
Similar with the Typography – the theme has a robust system to customize it all. You set responsive sizes for all the elements (you can set a mobile/tablet/desktop font size to each thing) to have maximum control over everything. You can set any font you want (Google/Typekit/Custom font), etc.
Let me know if there’s anything else you want to know about or if you want to see screenshots, etc, and I’ll sort it out.

Hi, i have disable Lazy Load function in Zeens settings but still in some .gif images i get this…

so still have the lazy load option How i remove it completely from the .gif images also. I have disabled from performance tab but still have Lazy load.

Hiya – In the last week or so since a Zeen upgrade a problem has developed on our webpage for users of the ‘Night mode’ (ie. black background, light text) option. The left side of the page has a dark band running vertically that obscures the first few letters of the content (see https://www.dailygrail.com and select the night mode option in the top menu bar). Thanks for any assistance with this problem.

Hi, the Zeen theme it’s wonderful! I want suggest one update: if it’s possible add the “Mobile Block Design” for all blocks. Especially for the Classic Block. Hello Codetipy, I have a question to correctly size images. Page speed insight says thaht my picture arn’t on the good size on my home page (in a grid of 4). I tought zeen choose the right size. on can i do to avoid this problem. Thanks

Yeah, Zeen uses the most relevant thumbnail available. If you’ve disabled some, etc, then it may not exist.

Hello, thanks for great theme. But as i’m starting to develop from imported main demo, it seems like the cart count button is showed on every page(main, posts, etc) although I tried to disable woocommerce in every related settings.

Hi! Keep the amazing work. Just a small question, I noticed that the theme by default has the option to Minify CSS and JS. I have cloudflare doing that for me at server level. So, let me ask if I should disable these options from the theme or can run both. Which one is better?

Did you manage to let users rating appear outside the post instead of author rating?
Can users only rate and edit their rating? And does the users previous rating saved in their profile so they can edit it later?
Can i make categories option then sort by top rated option next each other?

In the latest Let’s review version a user can indeed change their user rating multiple times. Whenever they submit one, they can change it and it will all be recalculated again (will only be 1 vote, so no worries about that).
You now also have access to the new Comment Review feature, where users can leave a full review in the comments, using all the same criterias as the editor one. You can see that in action here: https://demos.codetipi.com/letsreview/apple-xr-review/
