The new update removed biagotti testimonials, how can we get it

Hi, I am getting this error when i try to edit widgets, after updating wordpress:

We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version, or change the WordPress version to the previous one (find more info here).

Fatal error… Widgets don’t work anymore, using your suggestion to install Classic editor above doesn’t fix the problem

I’ve recently upgrade my site (plugins, theme, wordpress core), and my dashboard shows this message:
“Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Biagiotti Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.”
I am having this same issue…but my core, plugins and the theme are all updated.

Hello, my issue is fixed as well. The problem is that for some reason, your newest theme update doesn’t not pull up the core and other plugins that need to be updated. Usually, when you update the theme the plugins that need to be updated show up under the update area. This is the reason so many of us are failing to realize that we need to go to the actual plugins page to look for the updates.
Thank you for your help…I just thought I would leave a message here on why you keep getting this same issue over and over from your customers.

Hi!, I would like to buy the theme but got few quesions: - SEO – how much we can make in here? Our theme is coded by the latest WordPress standards. It is completely SEO friendly (comes with built in SEO fields). Our built-in SEO is a basic search engine optimization to get you going. However, if you want to go more in depth, especially in regards to social sharing etc. we recommend using an SEO plugin. For example – Yoast. This plugin will in no way cause conflicts with the existing SEO fields, but override them.
Regarding the product pages, you can display your product like in this page: https://biagiotti.qodeinteractive.com/shop/left-sidebar/ You can have categories and the product search bar in the sidebar. You can display sub-categories. Regarding filtering, there is only the price filter, but you can also create an separate page for displaying products from a certain category.

Hi, unfortunately my support has expired but there is absolutely no where to change the description tab in single product pages, it has Lorem Ipsum text but there is absolutely no instructions or directions or area to change this? Where can I amend this text? It’s pretty frustrating that the documentation doesn’t mention where to change this section?

In case that you are using Elementor please navigate to Elementor > Settings and check “Products” also. If you are using WPBakery please navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager, set Post Type to “Custom” and check “Products”. After that try editing product with page builder which you are using.

Every time an update comes out, your theme shows fatal errors in a different place, which shut down the entire shop for us. Can’t you even go and check the entire theme for coding errors? It can’t be that you have days of shop downtime here every time! Have the same issues like the two customers above and already submit a ticket!

The Theme is updated. I have the same problems, like the two customers above. The new version of wordpress 5.8 is incompatible with the woocommerce-dropdown-cart and I can’t enter Widgets in backend. There comes a fatal error.
