The standard way is to get the support reply is around 14 to 16 hours… but we always try to solve the customers queries asap, our support system works on Queue system, when the tickets generated before your tickets will be solved, then your support ticket turn will come and you will get the reply of your support ticket immediatly when it gets resolved, so please be patience. New update of Porto functionality Plugin breaks the website down in scattered code from blocks etc, and i had to disable/delete the updated addon. When i downloaded the complete files from themeforest i uploaded the included Porto Functionality plugin and fixed my issue. Seems like something wrong with the update? Thanks in advance!

There is no such issue with our Theme latest update, that might be some sort of issue on your site only and we need to debug it on your site, if that issue will appear again on your site then please immediatly contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you, OR clone your site and duplicate the issue on that cloned site and share it wtih us via our support system.

I am sorry but you have to set your definitions again, there is no other way to get those back except to run the backup.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 20/08/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

The Backend features such as Log in, Register really working well or not? Because when I test the demo, it shows nothing. Is it working with a specific plugin or only Woocommerce install is enough?

When I read discussion here, the function Wishlist is only available with YITH plugin.

Yes, Login, Register only needs WooCommerce plugin, and it is working fine as well, on Demo sites we have not configured it properly and that is the reason you are not able to check it on Demo properly.

And yes, Wishlist Functionality is provided by Yith WooCommerce Wishlist plugin and it is also pre packaged with the Theme.

Yesterday the API was down, today I can’t get on support and now I’m being told my IP address is blocked.

I am sorry I am not able to locate your IP in our Database, Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again try to activate the Theme with the same purchase code and if finds the same issue then please share your site WP-Admin Login details via our support system so that our experts will check and solve this issue for you on your site.

Can you add spinner icon to “add to cart” button? It should appear when the button is pressed. And maybe you have some temporary solution, like css code for spinner icon, to use it immediately?

You should also consider about originally included Ajax cart to product pages and well designed pop-up cart. It is important part of ecommerce and in my eyes it is a weak spot at this time of Porto theme. Even in your demo pages situation is quite poor with add to cart button, in terms of speed.

No, sorry to say that but by default, this is not possible and WooCommerce does not provide this functionality and this requires Customization,

But I like your idea, and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

No, sorry to say that but we have not tested any of the third-party plugins with our Theme officially till now for this purpose, so we are unable to suggest you on it, if you want you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Hi there I have issues importing a demo theme, even though my system status has met all the requirements. Whenever I try to import a theme using standard import, this error message appears: “Failed importing! Please check the “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red. If your server provider does not allow to update settings, please try using alternative import mode.”

If I try to an alternative mode import, the import status will always be stuck at “importing posts”, and even after a few hours it will still be at said status.

This is because of your server issue, please contact your hosting provider and ask to set the followings listed below, and then try again, I am sure your will not finds this issue anymore.

first  php pmrequest  field need be changed bigger
second php not support zlib ,need to install zlib and change php-fpm file ,add field key value extension=zlib.so
