There is a bug in the User drop down at the React app version 8 that won’t slide. To reproduce type and invalid url so you go to the 404 page then click go to home page button. The User drop down won’t work.

We reproduced it now. To fix this you can reinitialize Menu plugin in header component.

I have purchased & downloaded the v8.0.19 Metronic theme. I am interested in the HTML theme. I am using Rails 6 and I would like to understand how I should integrate the theme with Rails framework. Specifically, 1. There is dist/ and src/ folders. Which one should I use? 2. Since rails uses webpacker and asset pipeline for front-end assets, how do I configure the Metronic HTML theme to make it work with Rails. how to configure it with the theme. Please help me.

Thanks for your interest in our theme – Metronic.
Please note that “src” folder is used to customize the theme source(sass, js, images) and after gulp or webpack compilation the compiled css/js/images will be moved to “assets” folder and you should use the assets folder for your site as you can see how they are used in the templates. Metronic 8 | Multi Step Signup Page | Demo1: Please help me understand this issue, i am unable to access some pages in my windows machine due to permission issue i guess. I can see that it’s visible in live preview but not working on my local machine. WHY is that ?

May I know which browser are you using ? Firefox may cause issues when you preview templates offline. Can you try chrome ? Best if you can launch the templates on localhost. Please check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptgwzvvAHy4&ab_channel=KeenThemes for more info. Please note that this video was made for Metronic v7 and it still can be used for Metronic v8 despite some file structure changes.

I noticed that the background color (don’t know what you call it in UI Design modal) of a default bootstrap 5 modal is more Darker that Metronic8 modal background color.
in default bootstrap It is more pleasant and let you focus on the Modal content wich in Metronic8 almost the background and the foreground same gradiant.
could you consider that, if not is there a way where I can set that for me ?

Two questions:
1) Will you integrate a full CRUD example in the Laravel version with all the necessary pages? A full workflow with create, read / view, update, delete (with delete confirmation) as well as a index list view with filter possibilities would be very helpful.
2) What are the new features that are planned for the laravel version during the next releases / months?

@keenthemes: Cool Thanks sounds good. Beside CRUD, also a full search bar / search result page, multistep registration flow, a language switcher (in the app but also on the login and register pages), a user administrator (for super admins), a contact form and SPAM protection (e.g. Google reCaptcha) would be very helfpul and is needed by a lot of applications. It would also be cool if you could integrate Laravel Fortify as a authentication solutions instead which is very powerful.

We are using htmx for the ajax reactivness of the page,
Here’s the workflow :
We have a button that has a toolip. once you click on that button it did some Ajax call POST using htmx, One the Ajax is success the button will be removed from the DOM
Everything is great here. but once the POST AJax made, and the button removed from the DOM, THE TOOLIP REMAINS, and every TOOLIP of every component in the dom.
is there a way of removing also the toolip that still on the DOM, or there’s some sort of javascript call to be made after the button has been deleted ..!!

Is there a way in markup, like an option in html or attribute, telling that if that component is removed from the DOM, the toolip has to be removed also or repaint ??
Or this is the only way of doing it ?, we want to stay away from js as much as possible, since we are using htmx.

This must be handler programmatically using the Bootstrap Tooltip API. You can add this logic in your global htmx handler somewhere. We are not sure how htmx works but theoretically you should be able to setup some global handler to dispose or reinit dynamic elements.

The Laravel version is a fully functional app that uses Metronic theme as base. The HTML versions contains lots of statics/plugin based templates and you can copy and and paste into your Laravel project and implement them further according to your project requirements.
