I am thinking of buying this theme but I read in the comments that there are problems with the license. I usually install a workstation in a different subdomain of the client, I make the web and I clone it to the final domain of the client. Can you assure me that I will not have to buy 2 licenses as I have read in the comments and that I will not have problems? Thank you
Hi. You can be sure that there is no problem with the license management. You only need different license per each main domain. For any number of subdomains and subfolders, you can use the same license key.

2) Does it support mega-menu?
3) Is there any premium bundled plugins?
4) Does this theme has auto-update feature? Or, we must upload the updated theme manually in case of new updates?
5) Does this theme require layer silder or Slider revolution plugin?
5. No. You don`t need to necessarily use any of the slider plugins. But you have the option to use anyone you like.

I have 30-50 licenses of this theme because there’s no way to track licenses, and if a license isn’t active, your site will break. So I have to keep rebuying licenses.
There is NO customer support. I’ve tried emailing and contacting with no reply.

Hello. There is a conflict with the Staff cabinet (bookly addon) and Phlox Pro theme. The tabs are not clickable in Elementor. There is no Elementor issue because I’ve tried Tabs plugin without Elementor. It works on the default Twenty One theme. It’s a live site. How to fix it? It’s urgent!

My friend purchased this theme and I am developing the website for him. I updated the themes and all core plugins as well as updating WordPress to the newest version.

Although you wrote Polylang plugin is compatible with the theme I’m having issues with the portfolio posts: when creating the translation a new “uncategorized” language is created instead of using the ones already set. Is this an identified issue? Where can I get support to figure it out? Thanks
Actually, I already have submitted it 5 days ago but because I didn’t have an answered yet I was trying this channel. I’m still in the process of evaluating the theme and the support. I really like the features of the theme but the full compatibility of Polylang plugin is critical for my acquisition decision. Thanks
