Hello I am not able to import any pre build templates from Flatsome Studio. I had to reinstall wordpress due to some errors and now theme says to register for import those templates. But the thing is, i have already registered for theme under same domain (automob.lk). How can i solve this? please help me.

Hi, I’m not able to import the landing pages from flatsome studio, in fact i can’t import any thing at all.. What could be the problem..? it stays on 0% download if you uncheck the images box and doesn’t finish the download when you keep it checked..

you have a problem with the space html input above the footer with the latest update it does not float left or is not proper width, issue somewhere with the multiple columns, they are full width, not as should be based on columns selected and only on product pages. This is a free observation to you. I will correct it myself. Might be why my sales have fallen. The product page looks like crap at the bottom. I expect better via updates.

Hi, I have a staging installation on the same domain under a sub-folder but I get the message “The purchase code is already registered on another site. Please go to your account and manage your licenses.”!
I go to the account where it says:
3 of 3 staging domains remaining 5 of 5 local domains remaining
But there is no option to add a staging URL there!
What should I do now?
BTW, I read elsewhere that we can use the theme without the purchase code on the staging but it does not allow the UX builder to load and when trying to use it, it gets hung up! This does not happen on the main site.

Hi,
Those options belong to Flatsome and you need to use Flatsome product gallery to be able to see them. If the “Enable Default Woocommerce Product Gallery” option Is enabled in Flatsome>Advanced>WooCommerce, you can’t use those features.

HI how do I enable image zoom on single product page? You Say “You can set it in Flatsome>Advanced>WooCommerce>Product Page>Product Image Lightbox.” but I don’t have this item where you say. Maybe I have problems after the update?
If using custom fonts Flatsome doesn’t seem responsive. Is there some simple CSS or another easy way to make it responsive? Especially font sizes don’t decrease properly.
Also is there a way to make something simply remain full screen (so adjusting size on smaller units, making it smaller) rather than forcing you to scroll etc.
