Hi, I’ve sent you some questions in your Support Helpdesk on 17. November. Ticket ID: AWH-909-72248. I still got no answer and the ticket in your system is not there anymore. As a customer, this is not how you imagine support. Please, here again the questions: 1.) Can you please tell us how to translate text areas like “No Movie” for example in “weekly-showtime-ajax”, “Buy Ticket”, “SELECT SHOWTIMES” or “Release, Duration, ...” in “Amy Movie Grid”? We found some of this this text in the Plugins amy-framework, amy-movie-extend and the theme with Loco Translate but the translations are not show in the frontend. Only for the Single Movie Page it was possible to translate, see for example: https://2021.lichtspiele.com/amy_movie/gli-anni-piu-belli/

2.) V2 – Showtime 4: Under “SELECT SHOWTIMES” nothing is shown and selectable but for one movie in our case “James Bond …” are dates and times which are wrong (there is only one date 2021-11-30 registered for this movie). Please see: https://2021.lichtspiele.com/daily-showtime-ajax/ Do you have any idea why that is?

3.) Configuration: SIngle Movie: Sidebar Default “No Sidebar”: if we import movies via “Import IMDB/TMDB Movie” the sidebar for the imported movie is always set to “Right Bar”. Can you please check if it is possible that the presets also work for the movie import?

4.) Page Header: Parallax has no effect

5.) Is there a plan to make the theme compatible with PHP 8?

Hi! Just a question before I buy this product: Is there a way to auto import more than 3 actors per movie from IMDB with omdbapi?

Does it support or do you have a package of APP applications on the Android and IOS platform to link them on the site?

It has been 25 days since you said a fix to some issues would come in a week. Before that others have asked for fixes to the bugs and you keep saying months ago an update is coming You are basically selling this theme where many many things don’t work. I am going to have to pay someone else to fix things so it works properly. I am supposed to be getting support with my purchase. I have been more than patient with waiting. Even fix one small thing each week. Nothing done as each week goes by.

The worst support i have ever encountered for a paid item. The theme is cool though but getting support is hell. I need to be able to display showtime for individual cinemas separately. Cinema A with its movies and showtime, Cinema B with its movies and showtime. Can anyone help?

Hi, I’ve already added the API and verified successfully but seems I cannot import any movies at all. “-997” pops up everytime I use the search box and type in a title and click the add movie. Also when I try to use the movie urls from IMDB and TMDB, it popups saying “Done” but when I check the Movie section, nothing was imported. Just blank. -How to import full movies to the site?

works fine with omdbapi and IMDBlink, but not with only Film name and myapifilms.com does not work at all.

I love this theme but am disappointed that many functions don’t work. If something is pointed out to you not working , it should be updated with a fix as soon as possible. I have sent in tickets and you have always replied but your response is to wait for update. I shouldn’t have to because when I purchased it wasn’t pointed out to me that the following don’t work - -TV shows have to be added manually. That is fine but they don’t show up on the actor’s filmography! This is a huge error. I am creating a site and the actor only shows movies in filmography. TV show actors then show no filmography. -The movie widget for post views does not work. I have had it on my right side bar for weeks and have tried the option for 7 days, all time etc and none of them work properly. So the same movies continue to show even though others have more views. -In creating actor, what is “order”? There is no explanation in documentation as to what this is. Order of what? -The actor page doesn’t work. If you choose random actor it still put it alphabetical. If you choose by any option to display it always shows alphabetical -There are numerous layout problems. I have to constantly make adjustments because things don’t look right. My actor page has right side bar so in actor filmography the title of movie wraps around the thumbnail. It looks horrible. -Creating actor, why do we have to choose nationality or gender? I don’t want these options yet there is no option to remove them. I have to either choose male, female or third gender?? The top rated page, why is top movies have pink background? SmartCms Seat Reservation Configuration is not working, I see that it looks plugin helper file in scr-seat-reservation folder in plugins, but your plugin folder name is sRw-seat-reservation. I’ve changed folder name to make it work but still can not figure out how to make seat reservation to show on front end. There is nothing in documentation. Please give me a link where I can find how to configure it!
