Hello, I tried to create an archive template for woo products using Porto template builder/ Elementor however it seems as though infinite scroll fails to execute properly on front end, is this a known issue? can you recommend best practice to make this work without issues. Kind regards.

After further testing it seems when viewing test page signed in as admin the page only loads page 1.

When viewing page in incognito/ private browser the page tries to load all products on page 1

Dear Author, I am currently using Electro e-commerce woo-commerce theme for my e-commerce website. My website breaking everyday and it’s very slow now. What you suggest if i buy your theme what should i need to do? Is there lot of things to change? Should i need to start from zero? What about my current sells history orders invoice and product lists? Should i upload all from beginning? Will i lost all previous order history? Kindly reply so i can take decision.

And regarding the order history, our Theme is based on WooCommerce for store and e-Commerce functionalities, so if you are using the WooCommerce plugin then after Installing our Theme you can use the same WooCommerce plugin as well, which will not harm your order history :)

We want little similar this view as below 1. https://www.noon.com/saudi-en/ 2. https://www.noon.com/saudi-en/electric-sewing-machine-90w-ja001-white-pink/N13853125A/p?o=bab7dc8cc4fbcb0f 3. In RTL Arabic font should be clear not so small. Our previous theme arabic font not very clear.

Hi. After the last update version I receive this information down

“Porto notice: This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, you can reset your purchase codes through here.”

First I created my site with demo 22 but now I want to create my site with demo 13 or 15. I installed demo 15 but demo 15 header elements does not show in Header Builder Customizing. When I am going to customize header, there showed demo 22 header Elements. How to fix this problem? Please help

That is because of your server issue, It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.

So please contact your hosting provider and ask to solve it for you on your site.

Where are the contents we import in Porto Studio added to? I can’t import any of them. I’m using Elementor and Slider Revolution. I want to import Banner Sliders but I can’t find where it is saved.

Many of the sliders or banner sliders have been made using Theme elements so you will not find those under Slider Revolution or Elementor page builder, you will find those on the same pages on which you Import with Porto Studio…

And if you are not able to Import with Porto Studio, then please share the screenshot of what issue you are facing with it…

Cannot update theme, you should have a fail, i cannot update from 6.1.4 to 6.1.6 and obviously i have a purchase license.(try later say, always)

Hi, unfortunately I don’t think this is the right theme for my client. I don’t find it very user-friendly and have already spent too much time trying to understand it. There is also no decent tutorial anywhere where I can find the necessary information. i bought this theme today and i will gladly undo it. What should I do to get my money back?

After your latest update, the theme license seems to be expired. I tried to activated through your website, but it was not possible through it either.

why can’t i re install the theme on a subdomain to setup my store?? i’m still the same person who own the license and on the same domain?? it’s not a multi install for the theme, im testing configurations before publish updates to the live site
