Elementor plugin is supported and all the theme shortcodes that exist in Bakery – exist for Elementor as well.

Hi there! I am a webmaster and my client is interested in WP-Rentals, but before making the purchase we need to be sure that there are two features that can be disabled. The first is the price of each accommodation, we need to know if it can be deactivated and that the price is simply something that is agreed between the publisher and the interested person. Second, we need to know if the Create a new property function can be disabled, the idea is that only administrators can create them.

The theme has the option to replace the booking form with a contact form so the guest can messsage the owner and consult on the property price. The price field can be left blank and you can add in before or after label a test like Price on request. Paid Submission “per listing” mode. How long is the ad active or is it unlimited? Is it possible to limit the period to a month, year, etc?
Hi auzunov, Thank you for the comment. The Paid Submission option is a one time payment, it does not expire. Membership based submission can make listings expire. I have added the suggestion to our wishlist for paid submission and we will research more on this idea.

Does the calendar ical sync also sync prices from sites such as Airbnb or just availability? We use dynamic pricing software (Pricelabs) and do not want to manually update pricing by hand on the direct booking site.

The booking form can be globally set for vacation (with guests) or for object (without guest). We don’t have this option by property, just for all properties. Also categories dropdown and search are global (for entire site) set from admin.

Hi, we found a bug in the daterangepicker’s calendar. Is present also in you demo online. If you have a range booked you can select a larger range the same.
Example https://demo1.wprentals.org/properties/apartment-in-jersey-city/ In this example the range 4 Aug to 12 Aug is bookedBut you can select from 2 Aug to 20 Aug also if there are booked days into this range.
Can you check and fix this?

August 2nd is free, so it is normal to be able to select it.
August 20 is also free.
If there is a booked period between the dates, the calendar will not allow user to send the request – and that shows as you try to submit the booking https://prnt.sc/1aq2z7v In this example the check for the availability is done as you submit the request and it is done correctly.
In this case, I am not sure what you consider a fix. To block 2nd and 20 dates just because 4-12 is booked is not ok. Maybe someone wants to book 2-3.

The correct way (and is not my personal way, is the most used in all the booking systems, try to check airbnb, booking and more) is to allow to select only available range after you have selected the checkin date.
If i select the 2nd August i have to see only 3 or 4 august as selectable checkout not all the dates like now.
We saw that there is the check and the warning after the submit but it’s a very bad user experience.
I’m looking for a free range for my vacancy, i can check it, i can see the prices, i can set how many guests and only when, finally, i want to book i will understand that is not possibile?

Hi capn3m0, I will check the airbnb example, but I am still confused. When you click check-in it is obvious the dates are blocked https://prnt.sc/1azvgg4 and they stay blocked after the check-in selection. I am not sure why this current solution is not clear to users the dates are actually blocked, since they see the blocked dates in the calendar, but will check the airbnb example to understand what is different.
The calendar is a script, it has specific supported features, so after I understand the change you suggest, we still have to confirm if it is something we can add based on the calendar supported features.

1. In theme exists 2 types of properties list: half map and standard. You can use any of these templates to create list of properties. Also for advanced search results exists the options to select the search results layout display. Also for this page can use the standard layout or half map.

a.Guest in submit form stay as they are? if not, what changes? Is there a max adult and max child allowed system that myst be set too?
b. when choosing in booking the guests, adults and children, does the total guests value adults + children have to be smaller than guests allowed by owner?
c. How to we work with extra guests, if allowed
d. How do we work with price by guest, if allowed?
e. How do we work with custom prices?

We have asked around and to be honest, no answer matched the other. Each client who replied to our questions has specific needs, and this idea can only be implemented as a global change for all clients (not with on/off). So it is important we understand the entire process, from submit, to booking and search in order to be able to do a proper blue printing / research phase before we move forward. It is a big change in our opinion, as it will affect several aspects of the theme and also the clients using the theme with existing features for sure.
