I am having trouble finding the exact correct size for the banner grids. From what I understood, the grid alignment depends on the sizes of the banner images. Check out what I’ve been working at with colored images so I can understand:

Thank you for your feedback. As you can see, the banner grid images are cropped automatically to fit the the grid. However, it can’t be fit perfectly on some screen sizes. We’re working on grid elements to improve them. At this time, you just need to use upload large images and they will be cropped automatically for you.
I have also question, is it possible instead of Soo wishlist plugin to use another plugin and working fine ? Is any alternative plugin of this ?

Yes, you can use the Yith Wishlist plugin. It is supported by the theme too. However, the Soo Wishlist is optimized for this theme, so we think you should use this plugin for the best compabilities.

Hello, i am using sober theme and first think for this amazing theme. Thank you very much for your feedback. Actually, just a few themes are listed on the WPML website. It’s not because other themes are not ready for WPML, just because we don’t know how to be listed there. Recently, we got the instruction from them to join this list. However, we’re still working with them to complete this process.
However, this theme is already fully compatible with WPML. Many other people are using our theme with WPML too and having no problems. You can also check other themes on ThemeForest, most of the themes are ready for WPML, but they are not listed on the WPML website either.
If you have any issue with WPML on your website, you should open a ticket on our support site or WPML’s support forum. We will help you check the issues.

I’m having problems opening product images in lightbox. When click, it opens 2 lightboxs… If you disable the lightbox, it only opens 1 time but it doesn’t allow you to navigate between the images.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you can edit the template of the add-to-cart button to remove the icon. And don’t forget to use a child theme. You will lose your modifications during updates if you modified the parent theme directly.

Did you use the correct license? Please note one license can be use on one website only. Envato has 2 different license types, regular and extended. You need 2 regular licenses or 1 extended license if you want to install and update the theme on both site.

Hello, Yes I did! I have 2 licences for both of my web sites and I used both of them and I’m sure you could check that – one is working, another one – no. For both sites the support have expired. It seems to be a problem from a plugin on your website. We’ve never seen it before. Please try to deactivate plugins one by one to test the problem. If you are using a child theme, you should switch to the parent theme too, to test if this is a problem from the child theme.

As we tested, you are using a cache plugin on your website, but it has JS errors. You can check the developer tool of Chrome browser to view them: https://prnt.sc/1im3i1k
Therefore the JS of theme and plugins may not work properly and cause this issue.
You need to config the cache to load JS in the proper order, so all scripts will work as expected.
Or you can use this CSS to fix this issue on the category page:

Sorry the problem is still there. I just deactivated my plugin and the problem is still there. There are no more error messages in the console. This problem is also present on my main page. Both pages were created with Elementor Pro. If I do a preview with Elementor, the problem does not appear but appears when it is published. The problem is really random and the css code did not solve it. The Sober theme works correctly but not the child theme

I have corrected the problem. There is a bug with the theme in the Header>Logo section If we put a logo 2362×472 with Logo Width : 250px then the problem is present. The dimension of the logo must be modified before the import and not via Logo Width.

If you use Elementor to build and edit your website, you will see options to change them. But if you are using WPBakery Page Builder, it is not possible to change text styles without using custom CSS.
