My site has been broken with the update to WP5.8 and the Themes last update 8.1. The sites header is switched to your logo and the sites footer is now gone and reset to default values. We can NOT update the sites theme settings via the site settings area either?!? Is there a fix? This has become an issue that needs resolved.

This theme has a messed up caching mechanism. I just don’t get it. Have you set up the cache for header and footer to take 200years before it reflects? Just do something about it and stop asking for links to websites to fix issues. I have three different locations with three different changes at different times i made them. A single clear cache cannot reset this error
Hello, sorry about the trouble you’ve faced with our product, please contact us on our help center so we can help you as soon as possible, there is no caching mechanism for header and footer it happens due to a small issue which is resolved in incoming update ( it’s under review of Envato ), until update release we will provide that bug fix for our users in our help center.
make the fix available so i download and apply. I make changes to pages using the massive builder. the changes do not apply when i click publish. I see them applied in preview, but only on live website, the changes do not take effect.It’s the footer social media icons and the header logo using an image. They both don’t apply to live website.

the update release does not fix the issue. Check the motion demo. Any edits made in builder regarding header and footer does not reflect on main page. Can you fix that ASAP

Amazing theme But why can’t I see any effects to the blog pages after importing any demo? I’m using Novel Firm. The blog page and post content areas are full-width and don’t allow to change background colors of content or comment section.
Also portfolio pages cant have different unique page settings? I change one changes it all.

Since update nothing works: logo is not to see – and I cannot edit the pages: hard error for Wordpress. So I cannot use any more. So: I can use my last back up for working with the old version – what is a not a good choice or I have to switch for another theme and create all new.

Hi, I have a problem with Massive Builder and TinyMCE. The console shows that it’s forbidden to access wp-tinymce.php and any changes I made in Massive Builder Live content editor will not save. Please let me know what can I do. Your support link is broken too.

I don’t know why the disable row is not an option if from backend or live editing, also the column left and right padding setting is no where we always set manually why should we always drag to adjust padding.
