Hi, Mobile menu is not working when set to Popup. All plugins are disabled, there is no caching on the site or on server side. Have already opened a ticket but all i get is pre-defined answers

In fact, if you add the mobile menu icon in header builder, the menu is not working. If you remove everything from mobile header builder (as you did) then it works. Try to customize the mobile header builder and you’ll find the issue.

I am working on Business Consulting 3 demo. Have done everything but unable to change the orange colour of the top menu bar that contains contact number and email address.

The Custom Header in Porto Header builder says that its a Raw HTML Code and I am unable to add my specific colour in that.

Could you please a revised code with colour code as #1B3765 so that I can use it directly.

I have purchased and install this theme however I cannot access to WPbakery template. It is said that: “WPBakery Page Builder Template Library downloads are available for activated versions only. Activate WPBakery Page Builder direct license to access Template Library and receive other benefits.”

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 26/05/2021. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Yes, you can achieve, what you want, easily with our Theme, You can add Custom Tabs, You can add Global Tab, you can add Additional Information Tab, you can rename, reorder, remove the tabs on your site as per your requirements and yes you can add the progress bars in the product description tab as well.

You are using Header Builder Functionality on your site for your header and we have a detailed description on it, please read the below one:

The header is divided into 3 rows: https://ibb.co/bzHSpQ2

1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

I just updated the them – and I’m getting this message: Porto notice: You are now using an illegal license of Porto that violates to Envato license terms. Your website might be blocked or reported to Google about your illegal license. Please purchase a legal license through Envato. I deactivated the theme using the purchase code – then tried to reactivate – and it won’t let me reactivate – it’s saying: This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, you can reset your purchase codes through here.

And regarding, video slider, you can follow the same way and set those rows multiple times in Porto Carousel element and it will become the video slider, Otherwise you can use Revolution Slider as well.

We have added the Custom JS code for that cursor affect in that particular Demo under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> JavaScript Code, you have to remove that JS code from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Hello, After successfully installing the theme and while installing the Demo content, It says – Demo “Shop 4 installation is failed. Please re-activate the theme. I did reactivate the theme, it is successful. However when trying to install the Shop 4 Demo again, it says the same message. Please suggest and resolve. Regards

Everything went smoothly including WPress installation, Theme Upload, Theme Activation, Wizard steps, Purchase activation, till Demo Shop installation page.

I used WPbakery during installation too.

I did reactivate the theme, it is successful. However when trying to install the Shop 4 Demo again, it says the same message. I followed the wizard steps again, and it again stucked while installing Demo shop content only.

What might be causing the issue.
Can you please suggest and resolve.

That is because of your server issue, It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.

So please contact your hosting provider and ask to solve it for you on your site.

Hi there, I am not sure if you’ll be able to help or point me in the right direction as my support has expired, however, I have recently seen an issue after upgrading to the latest Wordpress version – the listing thumbnails often do not allow me to click on them, and view the zoom of a listing photo. If I refresh the page a couple of times, it comes back and allows me to click on the thumbnails/zoom in. At first, I thought it was a plugin issue, so I disabled my plugins (at least any I thought that would hook into the listing photos), to no avail – the issue persists. I believe it MIGHT be an issue with the latest Wordpress update? I’m not too sure.

For reference, I also removed any custom CSS as I thought that might’ve been the issue, however, this has only started happening as of the most recent Wordpress update. FYI; This was never an issue before the update, or at least a few months leading up to the update. I was curious to see if you have had any other reports of such issue(s)? Hopefully, regardless of my support status, you can assist.

Since we’re not live, we’re not making any money, so it’s hard for me to fork out more money for extended support. I’m sure once we’re up and running, if we have any issues, we can renew our support subscription. Thanks team!

This seems to be the cache issue on your site only nothing else, we have the Lazy Load built-in functionality in our Theme as well, you have to check Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard as well once, and also check with your server cache as well.

Thanks team. I will have a look at the built-in Lazy Load. One thing that we did recently add was OpCache – may I ask if you have any knowledge or experience with OpCache. I can only assume so as most web servers would be using this.

I am not sure how this could be a caching issue though since this issue has only started to pop-up recently. The site was working fine before the Wordpress update, even with OpCache.

Please let me know if you have any insight towards this.

The latest update of WordPress is the major one and Major always have some changes or new features/design and it means some extra or changes in the core code so it might create little issues with the current running smooth site, and that may be with any plugin as well, so you have to Look through the OpCache doc: https://wordpress.org/plugins/flush-opcache/

Sometimes things are not meant to be.

First thing I try to do is remove or turn off the modal popup. I read the docs with WP Bakery… and should find a block named Newsletter Popup. Nope, it is not there… so i search around. Go to the theme builder and find it… this is where it is constructed. I delete it and well, no home page data after i refresh the page.

I remembered why i purchased and never used it.

To much options, to many configurations… 3 different builders and not up to date docs…

I purchased around 30 themes here, this and Metronic… both are way too much hasle to configure.
