Hey guys, I’m thinking about purchasing this theme but I see there is no sync through iCal to synchronize listings through different sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Are you planing to do this soon?

The Alloggio booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose. The booking is an integrated part of the theme that can be managed within your WordPress installation only. The option to sync with other booking systems unfortunately doesn’t exist within the theme.

I would like to implement somehow syncing calendar with booking.com, within your calendar, not a third party one. Also, if the dates are “blocked” or reserved, are they reflecting in booking.com?

Booking is integrated part of the theme that can be managed within your WordPress installation only, and we have not tested integration or syncing with any other booking system, so we can’t guarantee compatibility.

Licensing process is not smooth. Does not work! We installed the theme on a demo server which was unable to import demo content. So decided to go with another server, no deregister button appearing! Registered on their site which did not work as well, it’s saying deregister from wordpress!
Now Im in a loop!
Dear theme forest, please do something for this kind of time-wasters! We have paid to get service, not to stuck with this shit process!
Other themes have much better licensing process!

Hi I’m writing here because I’ve purchased the theme few days back and there’s bug on the site that there’s no button saying “Booking Now” for room booking. I’ve created account on Qode Interactive and submitted a ticket, but no one is there to sought out the issue rather than wasting my time by different misleading advices. I requested that I purchased this theme so people will be able to book a rook but if there’s no button for booking then how people can book a room? There’s a person on your support “Kristijan Eric” with ticket id # 134392 who is asking me to install the classic widget plugin, I did that but still no button appear. I informed him, now he is saying that I’m using outdated version of theme. I download the theme right now 20 minutes before and install that one but still no button appeared. The person is saying that he tested in his local computer and everything is working fine. I didn’t pay for if the theme is working on your local hosting. I paid to make my site live. Don’t waste my time more please and solve the issue. Thank you.

Pre-Sale Question: Is there an ability to have a ‘Add A Listing’ button where a user can list their own unit?
Also, is there a backend where a user who added their own listing can ‘Register’ & ‘Login’ to their account to manage their own listings.

Hi Team support! I’ve purchased the theme three days ago, and have some issues 1- while customizing the theme. On the backend when I click Appearance > widgets then I see an error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Can you please check the issue with the theme? 2- On the Room booking pages there’s right side bar for calendar and some other options to book the room, but n button there to say “Book Now” etc. So how the customers can book a room as there’s no button for booking. Also, that section is not editable as well. Can you help regarding these issues? Regarding widgets, this is happening because of the new WordPress update. We are aware of this issue and our dev team working hard to make a fix for all our themes (you will be notified via email when the new update is online on theme forest so you can apply this fix).
In meantime, you can change a WordPress version to the previous one (find more info here), or use another plugin that is changing widgets back to classic https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

Does your theme has problem with google map? because it is showing for development purpose only. I hate to see that. I hate to have that problem. Does your theme uses google map plugin that google no longer support. I wanna make a purchase and that is the least thing i wanna be dealing with!

Google Maps are working correctly, it is just that the pricing set for Google Maps API Key on our demos allow maps to be displayed certain amount of times. Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery as all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder so you can use this plugin to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

You know there is “seasonal prices” section which we can set seasonal prices on room edit page.
When I try to set seasonal prices section on the mobile phone, price edittext not working. I can not click price edittext to type the price on mobile.
What can I do?
By the way, I think it’s about a feature “draggable”.

1. It is possible to create seasonal prices as displayed in this demo page https://alloggio.qodeinteractive.com/room/maisonette/
2. – You can add additional person charge and create optional extras as an “Extra Service” charge (see screenshot).
3. On Room page you do have an option to set Room capacity, minimum and maximum amount of people as well as different price for adults and children. Also when you select days, rooms and number of guests you do have at the end of the Booking form Your price listed, which does get updated every time you change the number of guest or date, so it is constantly making recalculation depending on the choice you choose.
