If you do not want the store functionality then simply you have to deactivate the WooCommerce plugin and your site will no longer work as store.

You have to reset the purchase code and then reactivate the Theme again and then try to update the Theme.

Not the default, but you can add the video as a thumbnail to the products by editing the product and that video thumbnail will appear at the very last in the gallery of the thumbnails of the products, this is how it works and this is the default functionality of the Theme, you can not change it except core customization.

Hi there

We have a website that is built on Porto theme -> https://drabizerkapadia.com/ The issue we are facing is, we cant add plugins and do changes to the theme code, while checking the issue we figured that we have to add the purchase code to the website. But unfortunately, our previous website development company don’t have that, I think they used the same theme multiple times. Can you please suggest the possible solution for this and how much it will cost?

If you have the purchase code then follow this: https://themeforest.net/comments/27079683 and if you do not have the purchase code then you have to purchase the license again and then go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then try to update the Theme and Plugins, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

You have missed a lot of theme updates in between your current running Theme version and the latest version and a lot of features, designs have been added and removed in-between versions of the Theme which you have missed, so those changes would not be possible to revert back without Customization.

1. Yes, you can simply sell digital products using our Theme as well, It is based on WooCommerce for the store functionality and WooCommerce has the default functionality for Digital Products: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/

2. No, Sorry to say that but there is no such functionality for the currency of half of the products is Dollars and half of the products is Euro, You can set the complete store in single currency only and you can change the currency using currency switcher for the complete store and you can use this plugin for currency switcher: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/

3. You can try with any third-party plugin for it as there is no such functionality by default in WooCommerce.

4. Yes, you can, using WOOCS and WPML plugin.

5. By default WooCommerce provides these payment methods: https://learnwoo.com/woocommerce-default-payment-gateways/ Other than that you have to use any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Hi i tried to insert the license key for this theme (Purchased) on this site https://desarrollo.gallerylabstore.com/ and i get this message cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds. By the way the license i currently have, was used before, on this site, https://fastjewelryrepair.net/ But as u can see that, site no longer uses Wordpress (since last year) so thats why i am using it for another site. In update to version 6.1.6 the changelog mentions a fix to theme.js, I had hoped this was to resolve the CF7 issue that is stopping all forms being able to re-submit if an error is made by the user on initial entry and submitting. This is appears to still be present in version 6.1.6!

In `wp-content > themes > porto > js > theme.js` (lines: 6207 > 6216) & `theme.min.js` also.

I keep removing this block of JS currently to remove the issue of CF7 forms not being usable after user entry being wrong and trying to submit, otherwise our users simply cannot submit the forms.

This will be impacting all Porto based websites using CF7, I suspect many have just not tested the scenario and are unaware and loosing leads daily.

I submitted this issue some time back and was informed it would be resolved in the next release? We are now two versions on?

Code causing the issue is:
