In this article: https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/getting-started/requirements-for-avada/ you claim that Avada is compatible with PHP 8.0. Well its not working on my site! https://www.bravura.net/. I had to set it back to 7.4. AND DON’T TELL ME TO RENEW MY SUPPORT TO SORT THIS OUT!!

Avada definitely works with PHP 8.0 without any issues and we have a number of customers who are using it, if your site is not working please enable the wp-debug() and see what file is causing the issues, in most cases 3rd party plugin(s) that are not compatible with the PHP 8.0 cause site to go down, if you need further assistance with this you can get in touch with our support about this.

There is no need to get a support extension to work on Avada site, the support is only there to provide hands on assistance if you need with any issue, you should still be able to use Avada on your site and work on it without any issues.

We’ve only tested it with regular YouTube videos. However, you can try adding the Stream’s ID in the YouTube element and see if that works for you. In the worst case scenario, you can also use the stream embed code that YouTube provides.

So you’ll ultimately need to make some adjustments like add in your own wording / media etc but you can pick any of the designs you like there – take that as a base and start from there then. No particular design you see if particularly tied to a specific genre/category (except for a few exceptions) so any will work as long as you like the design.

A license are valid for life and they do not expire. Theme updates are free, valid for life, and it has nothing to do with whether you have active support or not.

I had to buy a new one because the license that my client already have, expired on april 2021, so when I tried to update avada core and builder, the website died completely. The update shown multiple errors. It happen with another client site too, it was the same problem. In Avada status license appeared as not active, but the website already had one (yes, expired). I will always be obliged to buy it o renew the license if I want to update plugins. There’s no way to upload the plugins manually. This is the only theme where I have to renew the license, otherwise the website keep out of date. So sad.

Hi, I’ve just bought AVADA and need support, but when I try submitting a ticket the system says that my support period has expired. Seems their system has some error. I just found out we lost a huge amount of leads because 2 of our forms don’t get scrolled on the Wordpress page you’ve built. I shortened the form, but it still doesn’t scroll.
Acuity Scheduling (scheduler provider) says the embedded code is fine, and the scroll bar is attached to the website pages, rather than the embedded scheduler. So, it’s the Wordpress theme’s issue.
How do I resolve this?
