Hi , I have purchased the theme…my website was working fine..but now my website is showing (There has been a critical error on this website) and when i disable Proto theme Functionality (Plugin) the error is gone…this plugin is causing the error..and without it my website is not functioning properly. I need a solution ! ASAP!

I have debugged it deeper and finds that this is because of the very latest and Major update of the Elementor plugin version 3.4.0, this plugin version is released a day ago, so we are working on the compatibility of that latest version of the plugin with our Theme, we will release a new Theme update soon with fixed that issue. so please be patience for now, and wait for the new update of the Theme.

For now, I have a workaround for this, you have to downgrade the Elementor plugin version, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control and Rollback version to 3.3.1 and save changes, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, it will solve your issue.

Hello, Really happy with the theme. Since the update of Elementor, I have a critical error :

Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder in Customizer and remove all the elements from there from Header Top and publish it and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

That issue occurs when you tried to use the license multiple times, why you have done this, please explian as this is agaist Envato policy, one license is for one URL/Site only.

First of all, please note that you are using very old version and you have missed a lot of theme updates in-between your current running version and the very latest version so a lot of features/options have been added/removed from the Theme and also the design of the Theme has been changes a bit a as well, so those all changes will not be reverted back except Customization, you can check the changelog of the Theme here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/changelog/

I have theme Porto (father) and Porto (child), but I have to update the Porto (father) manually.

Question is in the Setup Wizzard – child theme how I have to proceed ?

I only have to place the name of my child theme (already existing) or I have to press “create and use child theme” ? I suppose not because child theme is already created.

Please, I’m updating version 6.1.6 and following error showing: The package could not be unzipped. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10) Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

According my hosting is not refering a hosting problem, says 2 reasons: 1. first some bug in the plugin / theme or 2. that the file you are trying to extract is not really a .zip.

I have read similar error (but not the same) and Porto says deactivate the license and activating again, but I don’t know if this solve this error or I have to do something more ?

Please I need to solve it urgently. Thanks for your help.
