Hi,
When a customer signs up and book a tour and pay they see that the payment has been completed and “return to merchant”... But on the admin side the status shows “Pending”. It doesn’t change to “Approved” automatically.
By the way, “Needs Admin Approval Before Payment” option is already disabled.
How can I fix this?

These emails must be different? Now we don’t receive any emails that booking has been made. It also doesn’t approve it automatically after the payment as I said above message.
I already setup SMTP plugin. I just don’t receive any email about booking.
If I need customer to create account and book a tour and make payment AND ALSO guest do the same… how the settings should be? Whatever I do it doesn’t work.

Hi, may I have a couple of questions before buying this theme?
1. May I know whether we could set tiered pricing of a tour? eg. book 1 adult = $300; book 2 adults, $250 per adult; $xxx per child; book 3 adults, $220 per adult; $xxx per child; book 4 adults….
2. About the tour search, does the date picked refers to the tour departure date, so the results only shows the tours departing on this specific date? It is an important feature that we need.
3. What kind of payment methods are acceptable besides PayPal?

1. I noticed that there is group discount available in your introduction, so it may somehow solve the first question.
2. I am not sure about the 2nd answer “tours with the day available to book”. For example, if one 10-day tour is starting on Sept. 10 and ends on Sept. 19, then I search the date Sept. 15th on the homepage, this tour is still shown in the search results?

In your theme, is there anyway to search the tours by departure date? For example, when I search Sept. 15th 2021, the results only show the tours departing on this day.
We run several (more than 20) 4-5 days tours with weekly departures on different days (Mon, Tue, Wed….), so we need the date picked in the calendar = departure date of the tours. Otherwise, many tours not departing on that day will still be in the results, and it may confuse customers and make them hard to find the suitable tour.

You can set one time tour with multiple days and it will work as you want, but you need to adjust the custom package manually if you want to re-active the tour.

1. some fontawesome can display at backend but front end, like far fa-eye, it displays fine at back end, but it doesn’t show up at front end.

Google Maps issue – I followed every step of the instruction and still can’t have maps displayed. Not even set up first location – “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” The only issue is probably the billing account. Frankly I don’t want to set up a billing account for the map service. So, the google map function becomes meaningless.

I noticed a previous question about the tour not showing if there is no date. At the moment i’m not able to do tours during covid but i still what to promote the tour until i have a confirmed date, surely there is a way to display the tour with no date or “date to be confirmed” or something. Hi, I have a few pre-sale questions.
1) Is there anyway to promote tours that have a fixed date sorted by date, like “Next Upcoming Tours” on the homepage, like a widget or something?
2) What happens when I don’t put a date for the tour? Does it put up a TBA? and Does it give some kind or “expressions of interest” system?
3) Is it possible to insert a widget below the price and about the date on the tour detail page, I want to put a day countdown clock to the tour date?

Hello there! Since some time ago that I’m interested into your theme (it looks great). That’s why we’ve even exchanged some messages in the past. However, after reading dozens of messages from other users and watch all your Youtube videos, my conclusion is that your booking system don’t feet all my requirements. I need something more complex with automatic price calculations, early bird pricing, other payments integrations, etc… etc… Therefore, I’m thinking to use the theme as a starting point because I really like the design, but then I would like to change everything related with the booking system, which I’m planning to do with WooCommerce. Without considering the extensive amount of work of editing tons of php files, do you see any other problems? As I saw that you are selling the booking system as a standalone plugin, do we have any feature to disable it completely in the theme? And with this, then it’s easy to identify all files and folders that I can delete? Many thanks.
