Regarding WP 5.8, we haven’t tested Pitch yet. Hi there , I am really disappointed because this is exactly what you told me A YEAR AGO ! At that time I renewed my support but nothing happened. Could you make a clear statement whenever this theme is abandoned without any update or not . The current version is lagging behind multiple versions of Wordpress as well as WP Bakery. If it is the case , Themeforest should clearly indicate that there is no active support on this theme.

Please note that the demo content of the theme is built using the WPBakery page builder which comes as a bundled plugin with the theme, so testimonials shortcode can be added with this plugin. Unfortunately theme is not compatible with Elementor.

I only need the shortcode 
But cannot find that on the demopages or the install guide. Visual bakery for me is a no go. And elementor works fine with your theme, just a few adjustments in the styling that;s all.

You can create a test page where you will add the shortcode with WPBakery, then switch to “Classic Mode” and copy the text of the shortcode (please see screenshot).

I bought this theme back in November last year and it worked fine. I couldn’t submit a ticket because the support has been expired. Anyway, I recently deleted my site by accident. I reinstalled the theme and tried to register the theme but it says my code is already registered for another domain. I know you mentioned that I need to deregister the code in order to use it on another site, but I didn’t have a chance to deregister the code because my site has been deleted on the server-side. To put it simply, how can I register the code again? it’s the same domain, same person, same site. I just need to recover my site. Please help. Thanks.

This error only comes up when i have the wpbakery page builder plugin enabled but there also seems to be an issue with the codeless page builder.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the theme. I have not made any changes except loading the demo data.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Please note that WPBakery and Layer Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it to use it. Bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Pitch navigation links no longer work. (I tried updated WP and I activated a plug-in called Enable jQuery Migrate Helper as recommended by Qode’s FAQ…but still nothing.) Can you point me in the right direction? Please help? Was there any kind of update in Pitch that I’ve missed? [I purchased in 2017.]

Latest Pitch theme update was on October 23rd, 2020 ( please see change log ).

Also please read this article here. If the menu is not working after the installation of the plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.
