Hello. I purchased the server from siteground and during installation I got this this error hS6GWQ.png

Then I selected ALTERNATIVE MODE hS6tQs.png

Then I selected the specific theme template and it keeps on installing hS6Jzj.png

What should I do, can I do something else to solve this problem? Or can I only upgrade the server configuration to fix it?

This seems to be your IP blocked issue,. Can you please share your server IP or please go to Porto >> Dashboard and try to reactivate the Theme with same purchase code from there and let me know the result.

Very good, how can I create “Shop” pages with specific categories such as electronic, for example, and then associate the page with a Category in the Main Menu?

You can not create the shop page with specific categories, because the shop page is an Archive page and by default shop page took all the categories to show on it, so this is not possible, but you can use the Porto Product Categories element on any of the new pages and set it as per your requirements with the specific category.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it is showing only a single WooCommerce template as outdated because WooCommerce releases its update and that is why the single template of the theme has outdated, Our development department is working on the theme update and soon hopefully within a couple of days, you will find an updated version of the theme with solved this outdated template issue so until that please be patience.

That is not our theme issue but that is coming from WooCommerce and our theme does not have any influence on it, you have to check it with some Custom Functions like:

After update, 6.1.7, problem with Porto functionality still exist, critical error

Sorry to say that, but this is not possible, this issue has been fixed now with 6.1.7 version of the Theme, I have personally tested it on my test site and all the other Customers are using it as well.

You have to debug it on your site. please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 21/03/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

While we currently do not have those features in our theme, so thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it to the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

After updating the Porto theme is get this message:

“Porto notice: You are now using an illegal license of Porto that violates to Envato license terms. Your website might be blocked or reported to Google about your illegal license. Please purchase a legal license through Envato.”

When I go to Porto in the navigation menu I see this:

“Congratulations! Your product is registered now.”

Btw, I have two of this Porto themes and I do only updates.

So, what is it ?

WooCommerce is pre-packaged with our Theme and if you want to use it then you can simply Install it from Appearance >> Install Plugins and if you do not want to use it then no need to install it.

Not able to activate theme. I have recently bought the theme and I am trying to register it for my website. I am getting an error “Error connecting to Envato API. Please try again later.” Currently I am trying to setup theme in subfolder and using cloudflare as DNS manager. Does it have any affect to activation? Have sent more details in zendesk ticket.

Update: activation worked after 2 hrs. Nothing changes it just worked :)

Sorry to say that but normally this is not possible, but you can try with a trick, you have to Import the Construction 2 Demo on your site (which the header) you want to use, and then simply delete the pages and then use Porto Studio and Import the Business Consulting 3 Demo pages with it on your site as per your requirements, Otherwise, if you will Import the Business Consulting 3 Demo on your site then you have to set/create the header manually: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/porto-studio/

I just imported the Business Consulting 3 demo, I went to edit the home with elementor, I founded the Construction Demo 2 through Porto Studio, but my question now is that I see that there is a IMPORT button. If I import this demo, it will import the whole demo? Because I only want the header of this demo.

If you Import the Home Page of the Construction Demo 2 through Porto Studio, it will import the complete page of that Demo, If you only want to use the Header then you have to install the theme on localhost and Import the Construction Demo 2 completely on that test site and copy the header from that test site to your live site having Business Consulting 3 demo, this is how you will be able to achieve it.

I have debugged it deeper and finds that this is because of the very latest and Major update of the Elementor plugin version 3.4.0, this plugin version is released a day ago, so we are working on the compatibility of that latest version of the plugin with our Theme, we will release a new Theme update soon with fixed that issue. so please be patience for now, and wait for the new update of the Theme.

For now, I have a workaround for this, you have to downgrade the Elementor plugin version, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control and Rollback version to 3.3.1 and save changes, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, it will solve your issue.
