I wanted to report a problem with the SEO Rank Math plugin. I contacted the plugin support and after a day of investigation they told me that the problem is with the theme. The plugin has always worked well but after the last updates it only works with articles but not with pages. Thanks for the attention.

Hi, when can we see some new features and big update ?. It’s been almost a year we see only improvements and fixes. I know there is a feature request section but are any of those features going to be implemented ?. I hope the theme development will continue. Jannah is a good theme and you have potential to beat the newspaper theme and other mag themes.

Extremely Disappointed & Depressed. Licence Activation Failed every time.
I have two envato account, Before Activation I signet & Logged in the same account from where purchased. But After Clicking on Activation the system is checking & showing did you purchase using “ranajanaroy” , while I purchased suing “sridevshastri” ( Envato User Id).
I visited the Support portal, tried to submit a ticket but every time the system redirecting to the homepage. I can’t understand why ur system failed to detect the right user id, why It’s verifying against the old Envato id, while I am currently signed in using Right Envato Account. Please refund If Support & Nothing working.
Changing Browser, Clearing Cache also not worked. Submit a Ticket also not working. Fix quickly or Refund my Money. Purcahsed 22th Aug, as per IST , Envato User ID – sridevshastri. This is really frustrating.

I found again another bugs, when the post have 2 or more authors, the jannah Custom Author Content widget and jannah Posts by Post’s Author widget will not showing each of the widget contents from each authors. Please also fix this on the next update.

The co-Author plus plugin is not supported in the Custom Author Content widget and Jannah Posts by Post’s Author widget. You can add it as a feature request in the Ideas section on our website.

Ofcourse, but 1 year ago both Jannah and Jnews were the same. Since then Jnews added so much functionalities such as major speed improvements, content locking with paywall system with flexible pricing options, new blocks for homepage, horizontal scrolling mobile menu which is an amazing feature, video preview on Hover, multiple authors, sponsored content mark, and so on and on…. Jannah on the other hand hasn’t changed in the last year or so, although you promised for example a native app feature and more… Please, we need you

Jannah was the first theme introducing compatibility with the new web core vitals in version 5.0, and a lot of new features are coming in the future updates.
The native app is a completely separate premium project with a yearly subscription and it is in the testing stage.

Content locking with paywall system will not ever be added to Jannah, you need to use a plugin to add this functionality.

where is the buddypress group widget areas and buddypress home widget areas? why the widget areas are not showing now? Is there a change from buddypress latest updates core or is this a bug from jannah theme?

Please try these common solutions. If none of these fix the problem, please open a new support ticket.
- Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
- Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
- Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
- Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.

Planning for immediate purchase, I want to do Two Website Blogs, One for Health & Another One Astrology Related, Can I use the same theme on my two domains? If the answer is no then there are lots of plugins like all in one, any1 can take the complete backup & upload it to his/her another site. is this ilegal or Just u will not provide any support in that case.
