Hi, the migration went well, but after migration if I upload the logo.svg by Edge option tool is shown this message :”Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in /home/mhd-01/www.jonathan.mi.it/htdocs/wp-content/themes/goodwish/framework/lib/edgt.functions.php on line 264” but if I upload logo.png it’s ok. I wonder why? since before the migration the uploaded logo was in svg and there was no error message. Thanks

SVG is not supported by WordPress platform itself, because of the security issues it may cause. You can try using SVG logo by installing some 3rd party plugin for SVG support.

Hello, after spending days trying to have your help service actually help me, to no avail as it is not helpful having someone that just logs in and out over and over being surprised if then the website goes offline after he re-activates the broken plugin that I told him give the issue for days ( as the Edge plugin makes the website go down and library malfunction), I just sent you a ticket for a refund. hello please update your theme quickly…because its running into issues withs the latest updates of WordPress. and wordpress made those update specifically with issues to do with security in mind…so by you not updating the theme in time your creating a security risk, since we are forced to stick with wordpress 5.8..please make this a priority. time is running out and we don’t want the security risks wordpress is trying to fix through updates to catch up with us.

1) You can for sure set up Google Analytics when using our themes and we do have a helpful article which you may find useful – Getting Started with Google Analytics.
2) For shop functionalities WooCommerce plugin is used and you can set-up payment gateway in the plugin options (see more in the documentation). You can also add additional payment gateways using WooCommerce addons, however, we cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested such plugins with the theme.
As for the donations, they are handled by the Give – Donation Plugin. You can find more info about payment gateway settings of this plugin here.
3) Our built-in SEO is a basic search engine optimization to get you going. However, if you want to go more in depth, especially in regards to social sharing etc. we recommend using an SEO plugin. So when it comes to Yoast SEO this plugin will in no way cause conflicts with the existing SEO fields, but override them.
4) Yes, our theme is compliant with GDPR, however, that does not mean it is free from cookies. The GDPR states that the user must be notified of any cookies used and you can simply add a GDPR notification plugin stating that cookies may be used in order to comply with its rules and regulations. Or simply setup your privacy policy page.

Hello everyone. I took the Goodwish theme to make a website for an association that takes care of children in difficulty. I come to the end of the site and that’s when I realize that there is no module to sponsor a child individually. And the Give donation module is not very effective for this. There are a lot of plugins available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. We cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested other plugins with the Goodwish theme and we cannot guarantee it’s 100% compatibility.
You can try to set this up using the Give plugin and by adding Forms for each child.

I have a quick question that will likely be useful to many other people. When videos are played on mobile from the website they appear very small (I am using an iPhone) ... is there a way to make them full screen? This is true with your demo as well (https://goodwish.qodeinteractive.com/). If you start the video from an iPhone it uses less than 1/10th of the screen. How can we change that?

Hello, I have had this themed installed for a few years. We do updates and maintenance regularly. We have the theme, edge, and plugins up to date. Wordpress version 5.7.x.
In the last few weeks WP Bakery edition has completely stopped working. It just shows all the code, no front end or backend builder. I see a few other comments recently regarding similar issues. Any help is appreciated.

Sometimes other changes unrelated to theme files are made on ThemeForest, and the latest update was for adding GPL license (please see screenshot). When the theme is updated you will be notified via email and the changes will be listed in the change log.

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the versions of WordPress up to 5.7x (please see change log).
We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
