You have to reset your purchase code and then reactivate the Theme again and then try to update, it will work for you.

Obeviously, Yes, the JS files and codes are used somewhere in the Theme for some functionality, so if you defer it from the theme, it will surely affect some of the functionality where it has been used in the Theme.

1. No sorry to say that but this is not possible, by default only the search icon shows/appears on the version of the site and you have to click on it for the search form popup, this is how it works if you want the complete form instead of search icon then that requires Customization as there is no such possible option in our Theme for it.

Can you please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, Otherwise you have to purchase the support extension first and then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will be able to check it for you because now, your 6 months of support period is expired from 05/03/2017. I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

That is because your staging site IP is dynamically changing, It is showing as 4 IP’s for now as listed below and again I have again found and whitelisted your IP, Please try again now, I am sure you will not finds it this issue anymore.
You have to set your staging site as static IP as well to overcome this issue.

Hi there. How can I include Adobe Fonts (Typekit) in the theme? I can’t upload any web files via the “Font Control” section, since adobe doesn’t provide any files (only Typekit Webprojects).

You have to set your home page as shop page from WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products and then you have to edit the home page and copy all the Custom CSS and JS from there and then you have to edit the Shop page and paste the Custom CSS and JS to it and it will work for you.

Header Types are buggy since couple of versions. Changes are not visible in the front end. Also if using Header builder in Customizer. Im only talking about the style/design, not the content of the header. Lets say I choose header style no.10 then the menu items are squares and not rounded buttons. Or when choosing style 13 the menu is not centered, or style 11 the squary boxes are still shown an no lines or highlighted text as in the preview image shown. In the past this worked. I installed porto on a clean wordpress without any other plugins (except porto functionalities and WPBakery Page Builder). Please fix ASAP
Edit: Chaning the settings in “Main Menu Type: NormalFlatFlat & BorderTop Border on hoverThick Underline on hoverPopup” makes it even worse and on some selections the whole design falls apart and looks buggy. You should do some basic testings before publishing the theme…

I already tried to narrow down the problem and currently it seems like it loads the old verison of the dynamic css files. I do not use any server cache and no caching plugin. It loads /uploads/porto_styles/dynamic_style.css?ver=6.1.7 instead of /uploads/porto_styles/dynamic_style.css?ver=6.1.8 where the correcnt style would be e.g. body font size which is also not updating if I change it in the porto settings. How can I force Porto/Wordpress to use the correct version? Seems like this bug happend after I imported a settings file of another instalation OR maybe after activating the child theme. Regarding support: As you can see I hold a lot of licenses, most bought at the same date, so in theroy I would have support for many years. 
Interestingly, the website is only shown correctly in the /wp-admin/customize.php?theme=porto-child view. What should I do?

The latest version of the Theme is 6.1.7 so the file version is correct, now for your issue, as written in the above give article: Sometimes its the permission issue as well, when you save changes from Theme Options it rewrites the CSS files with the changes and when you have not enough permission for the files then it does not rewrite it, So in that case, you have to assign the proper permission to files or go to wp-content/uploads and delete the porto-styles folder from there and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and save changes, it will again create the same folder with CSS files with the changes you will do from Theme Options and will work smoothly on your site.
Note: Do not forget to check with hard refresh CTRL + F5

No this is just false information and a blame to our Theme, only bad reviews deleted which are against Envato policy and Envato deletes it but not us…

And sorry to say that but this is not possible to test the Theme before purchasing it.

I have tried rolled back into Elementor 3.4.1 to 3.4.0 having the same issue, and then back to 3.3.1 the website back normally.
