Question before buying. Can your smart product filter generate human-readable links?

Actually the filters on Shop/Category pages are coming from Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin and it is pre-packaged with our theme and it shows the filter url as: https://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/shop1/product-category/electronics/headphone/?min_price=50&max_price=139&filter_color=green

If I understand correctly, then you have a free version of the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin included with the theme, is that correct? If so, can I update this plugin to the PRO version without breaking the interaction of this plugin with the theme?

Yes, the one pre-packaged with the theme is the free version and yes you can go with the PRO version as well, and it will work fine with our theme as well.

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible using theme options, as there is no such option in our theme for it, so this requires customization.

  • Can I add a custom header to the porto resumetheme whose demo is hosted. -> here ? Secondly, this menu on the home page(shown below), I intend to make it sticky on mobile as a nav. Is that achievable using a Page Builder like elementor ? Or is there an inbuilt setting in the theme to accomplish that? \\

2. No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible to make it sticky on mobile, yes you can achieve it using floating menu item with page builder as well.

We’re trying to automatically update price in cart when changing quantity. The code didn’t work so we disabled Porto theme and then the code worked without issues.

Is there a setting in Porto that prevent the JS code from working?

Hello. I am trying to upload a custom font through your Porto font control. However, it will not let me create a custom font. When I upload fonts (woff, woff2, eot, ttf, otf, svg) it either tells me that it’s unsupported or that the file type was not recognized. What do I do?

Yes, that is because it only except the zip format file of the font, so please make sure that the file you will upload must be the complete and zip format file of the font and then you will be able to use it from Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography.

Our work page is basically the Portfolio page, If you have turned OFF the portfolio from Porto >> Theme Options >> Portfolio: https://postimg.cc/mzm1bg9N then you have to turn it ON and check back under WP-Dashboard >> Pages and if it is already turned ON then you have to reset your WordPress and Import the Demo again…

That is not our theme issue, you can check it on our demo sites as well, that it is working perfectly fine, the issue is on your site and it is because of the cache, I can see you are using server cache as well, first of all, please remove all sorts of server cache and deactivate it and then remove your site cache and deactivate the cache plugins and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure it will solve your issue and then again turn on the cache plugins one by one and check which one is creating that issue on your site and then contact the plugin Author for getting help on that.

We have added the Custom JS code for that cursor effect in that particular Demo under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> JavaScript Code, you have to remove that JS code from there, save changes, and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

There is no option in the Theme Options to move the Category Description from top to bottom on the category page. But you can achieve it by following the steps listed below.

1. Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder Blocks and create a new block.
2. Add/Write the Description in the particular block as per your requirements.
3. Save the block and click on quick edit and copy the block slug name.
4. Go to  Products >> Categories and edit the particular category.
5. After editing the particular category scroll below, you will find Content Bottom option.
6. Paste the block slug name in the Content Bottom Option and save change.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

I just purchased the theme. I switched from media center theme. When switching the theme over all of my category pages do not work. Goes to a 404 page. Even when i click the link from the admin view button on the category page. How do i fix?

Can you please match the same settings for the permalinks of your site as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/7CtLd65R and click on save changes button and check back your site again after removing the browser cache.

And also please check it once with activating the default Theme of the WP like Twenty Twenty one, just to make it sure, that the issue is with our Theme only or with the WP Theme as well.
