It looks like you imported a few full demos, this causes a mess of content. It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.
So do reset the current content, and do the import of the desired demo then. We can help with the demo import also, please, submit a topic on our support forum – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Please note that mentioned plugins are not required, just recommended. When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugins that you don’t use.

Check if you have this problem when a default theme (Storefront) is activated on your site.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the mail server error log.
If you don’t get email even with the Storefront theme then read this post https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4 because the issue is not related to our theme.

Hello, I’m considering using your XStore Real Estate pre-built theme for Elementor and had a few questions first.
1. Can the various attributes such as bedroom, square feet, etc be changed or is it only those three? Can I add additional attributes such as bathrooms, floors, garage size, etc and have them also show up on the products in the shop view? Can I remove unneeded attributes?
2. Can I sort by these attributes on the shop page? (Current demo doesn’t show these options)
3. Can the product page design be changed using the Elementor template creation system? I’d like to change that look for my particular use case. Can I also add additional fields here such as bathrooms, garage size, etc as well as remove the ones I don’t need?

Hi, I tried to update the XStore Core but I am receiving this error – “An error occurred while updating XStore Core: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
Also, I received the same error when I update the theme.
Is it because my support expired?
Meaning if my support expires also I cannot avail of the update for the theme?

“PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) ” problem could be caused by a few reasons:
1) You are trying to update the theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to XStore dashboard > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again, then IMPORTANT: go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09
2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.

We do not know what changes you did in files of your child theme. Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed. Contact your hosting provider and ask about the server error log.

But if I replace the child theme will I lose edits ?

Yes. I’ve mentioned it, because you can compare codes and see that by default xstore-child doesn’t contain code that may cause any problem.
Have you enabled the debug mode? Can you see any error messages?
Contact the person who made changes in your child theme and ask for help. We are not responsible for users’ child themes, we are responsible for parent theme only.

I love this theme but i want to ask that is this theme works same as one of marketplace demo with free multi vendor plugin or need to buy premium one. also i can not see the demo for vendor dashboard, product details. vendor signup link etc .

XStore supports a number of multivendor plugins. You can check the demos for the:

- WCFM Marketplace – https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/wcfm-marketplace/
- WC Marketplace – https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/wc-marketplace/
Keep in mind that Pro versions of plugins do not come bundled with the theme. So you will be able to install Dokan light via XStore > Plugins installer, or WC Marketplace.
All the multivendor plugins are good. The different plugin has his own special features, so we would suggest you check the description of the plugins and decide which one suits your needs most of all. We are not developers of those plugins, so we are not sure that give you full information about them. We can answer any question about our theme but about third-party plugins would be better to ask the plugin author.

Many of our clients use the Germanized for WooCommerce https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-germanized/ and it works ok with our theme. We did not make tests with the German Market (Market Press) but don’t think that you should have compatibility issue. Anyway, if you face any compatibility problem we’ll try to fix it. In case we are not able to fix the issue we’ll be able to offer you a refund.

That´s exactly the same answer you´ve made some months ago… copy´n´paste 
I don´t want to use Germanized that´s why I am asking WHEN will x-store officially comaptible with German Market. German Market is definitly the better plugin for unexperienced Admins, because Germanized is too complicated in its backend.
