Hey Can you please tell me how I can clone a page. I have tried several different ways and nothing seems to work
Unfortunately, there is no standard way to clone a page in WordPress. There are several plugins for this purpose, but the theme has not been tested with them. Layers has a function to export and import pages via json format. But it was only available in the old WordPress editor. To open the page in the old WordPress editor, you need to temporarily disable the Gutenberg editor. There is a plugin for this in the WordPress repository. This is not the most convenient way, but I once used it before and it worked.

Most likely plugin Skrollex Extension is not activated.
I have not heard back, both BlueHost and SiteGround said the theme will not install because it is missing a parent theme called layers.

Hi, me again. I use nextGen gallery, but double lightbox popups happen. Is Skrollex providing a lightbox on top of the nextGen popup? Can I disable that? I don’t want to disable the nextGEN lightbox, because it provides the buttons and swipe to the next pict in the gallery.
Found the bug myself. Disabled plugIn “Easy FancyBox” and the double popups stopped.

In layers editor, I had an “Envira Gallery” section between two “SX Section” ... but the Envira Gallery is not centered … how to center it ? thx !

Hi, As this has been mentioned here that this theme is loading slow .Will there be any advantage when I’ll switch to https://www.a2hosting.com/wordpress-hosting/managed with the Turbo ?.I currently host on Siteground but have deactivated all the cache plugins as this theme was very slow when enabled .Please advice
Caching plugins should not slow down the theme, most likely a problem with some settings. The theme has not been tested with all third party plugins, but my demo site uses WP Super Cache and works ok. The effect of caching plugins depends on the load on your site. If your traffic is low, then you probably won’t see the difference if caching swich on or off. If you have any problems with caching, check the error log on the server. Ask your hosting provider where to view it.
I tried to install the Skrollex theme to BlueHost, I downloaded the latest version from ThemeForest..net but it appears that all of the sample data was not included in the download. Could you please provide me a way to download the complete zip for Skrollex including all of the sample data for all the pages.

When I go to install into Wordpress it gives me an error saying the parent theme needs to be installed but cannot be found. I am unable to activate the theme. It shows as broken. Thanks.

Background videos are only supported for self hosted video (local video files on your server). And only if the browser version or user settings allow the video to run in the background (in the mobile version of Safari, this is prohibited by default).
HI, I have purchased this theme and installed required plugin and themes after installing I selected 1 theme option and I tried to edit layout of that theme but the layouts designs or section designs are not loading … it shows only loading icon… could you please help me to solve this issue in your theme.
Most likely you bought before the latest update. Please install the latest version of Skrollex. It fixes problems with the latest version of WordPress.

Hi there, I wanted to know if I can put a map onto this theme without requiring an API. I have maps on my other website pages that I’ve built but the home page obviously is edited with Skrollex and I wanted to find out about this. Please can you let me know?
You can insert map via plugins or like in presets. See Contact section, button “Locate Us on Map”.
some of the video backgrounds disappeared. It looks like the YouTube channel was set to private.
Preset Mary has reference to YouTube video that is no longer available. Change it in SX Background Video to any other.

just quick question: would like to set up a page for a professional speaker, starting with a fullscreen vid (YT, Vimeo or local) – will auto play work?will the video be played with sound? Would it repeat or stop after playing?

Autoplay with sound is prohibited in modern browsers by security policy. There are video plugins in the free WordPress repository. No plugins are required for background video. You can also embed a video into a page using embed code without using plugins.

Social links can be deleted via Appearance / Customize / Site Settings / Social Media Profiles
