Ads expiry do not depends upon package expiration. ads will expire only when user mark it expire or the ads expiry date came.

If admin has set ads expiry 30 days, ads will expire in 30 days. Posting an ad will depends upon his package. If he has expired package a swell he has to purchase package to post new ads. Regards

No apps does not update automatically, they have to be submitted to Play store if you have made changes in code.
If an ad is approved from WordPress back end then it will be visible on all 3 platforms(Website, Android and IOS).
