Hope you are doing great. We have the template Avada installed on our website https://all-tag.co.uk/. It was bought in 2018 and just recently moved to a new server (hosting provider). There was no problem to move the registration of the Avada theme.
However, the LayerSlider WP plugin, which comes with Avada theme, is asking us for a license activation in order to receive updates and premium support and we don´t have that plugin license activation, only the invoice tax pdf of the theme purchasing. We also lost the user of that purchasing.
How we can recover the license activation of the LayerSlider WP plugin?
It would be necessary to buy another Avada license?
The only thing we want if we need to buy another Avada license is not to update the template to the newest one, we are currently working with the version 6.2.3. and on the design of the site, and updating to the newest version of Avada would be disrupting for our work.
All help would be very appreciate it.

Any premium bundled plugin can be updated by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Plugins. We do release updates for the plugin regularly and unless you purchase a key (which is not really needed for updates) you can not update them directly

Can I buy only the support and not the theme?
The thing is that once I click the link you sent: “Please refer the documentation here”
And then i click: “If you have any trouble with the above steps, please create a support ticket and one of our support members will assist you further.” Which is in the part of “Plugin Installation Issues”
But I lost the user and the password of that one with which we bought the Avada theme.
How can I solve this?
I found the purchese code and i have the registration token of Avada, which,as i said, was succesfully installed.

We strive to support all major / modern browsers. IE11 and previously IE10 support was dropped after WordPress itself dropped support for it. Right now IE11 has a <0.6% market share globally and as it lacks many modern features, it makes it hard to support it especially when our users demand modern functionality/features that rely on web technologies that IE11 simply doesn’t offer. You will be able to use Avada on Edge, Chrome and every other major browser without issues.

thanks for your response. a question..? Have you come up with a solution to this issue that the audience using the old and deleted browser will have to upgrade or change their browser to view the site .. ? Please find a way to force the site user to change and update the browser. In general, it will not be pleasant for the user to encounter an incomplete white page of the site. I hope you understand what I mean. I wish the Avada team success

The same goes for every other WordPress site in general and we are no exception to it, the fact is that modern layouts and technologies do not support IE11 is a big reason for WordPress in general to drop the support.

Hi,
I have a website which use Avada and has not been updated for a while. When I tried to update the theme today it asked me to update the product registration using the purchase code. I added the purchase code to the website and got this error “The purchase code is already being used on another domain”, (website built in 2019). I logged into my Themeforest account and confirmed that the purchase code is correctly assigned to this website.
Any idea what is causing this problem? My support has expired but I don’t want to purchase another 6 months of support to get the answer to this question. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no need to worry about this, it eventually means the purchase code needs to be reset which I will be doing for you, however there are multiple purchase codes in your account so can you please check the email I have sent you and confirm which ones you need to reset?

Avada does not supply us with a License Key for ACF Pro? I just bought Avada and this plugin needs to be updated, but it cant be updated without a License Key.
Is there a key within documents provided by Avada or we should purchase a License Key for ACF Pro to update the plugin?

so Far I like what I see and thanks. However, below Avada in the dashboard, one can select any prebuilt website, and that is nice. But after selecting the website, is it possible to delete the other demos? Why would you need a bloated dashboard with all the things you no longer need once you have customized the template?

We have been working on Avada templates for years now and have come upon a problem where this coupon message displays “Save 20% on 1 item in your cart with promo code AVADA20” and we cannot remove it. We have tried removing the coupons, disabling the coupons nothing works. Surely we don’t need support for this and it’s a simple settings click? Please advise.

I have created a website using the theme which has a URL too specific for the product we want to offer. We purchased a more general URL which will offer exactly the same product. Support told me to write a comment here to request a reset of my currently purchased license to a new domain which is possible given that the product/service we are offering is the same, which in our case it is.
If you could elaborate on the best way to proceed here with this process as I’d like to keep the pages and everything I’ve build on the old domain, import those pages on the new one and then reactivate the license on the new domain.

We have dozen licenses across dozens of accounts. Using the latest build, after installing, there is an additional header that is greyed out with a ”>” in it. We havev replaced all files and still have the issue. I would submit a support ticket but we are out of the time period and not going to purchase support for such a little one time thing.
