Hi, I get this error “There has been a critical error on this website” when try activating “Motors-Woocommerce Auto Parts” plugin.
I have couple of questions.
First i need to be able to keep category selected when i filter. For examlle if i select a category suv and then select dates, i don’t want all the vehicles to show and only have suvs shown with the specified date instead of all the vehicles on the site.
How can i show the date change on the select a vehicle page on mobile

Seems there were some misunderstandings in your ticket. What you asked for in your ticket is nothing to do with the Paid Featured Listing feature of the theme.
Let me explain how it works, the Search results part of the Inventory page contains the Featured Listings section. That section is visible if there is at least one featured listing. So if you enable the Special offer option in the Listing Manager, that listing will be displayed in the Featured Listings section – http://joxi.ru/82QXQPncVd6Lgm.
The Paid Featured Listing option is a part of the User/Dealer settings that means it is applicable for users and dealers. Your users and dealers can make their listings featured for a fee.

1. How can i enlarge the screen size from actually 1140 px to fullscreen or minimum of 1500 px?
2. How can i limit the number of image uploads (in the packages?) and the upload limit of image weight (KByte/MByte)?
3. How can i setup a blog in the Classified Five-Theme? I see all your demo articles, but don´t no to establish a blog where the postings are included
4. How is the user account for example account/payment-history/ connected to WooCommerce (/myaccount/)? Automatically by installing WooCommerce?

Hi,
1. The theme content size is 1140px by default and it doesn’t contain special settings for increasing the content size. It needs to modify the core structure of the theme since the theme modules are stretched exactly for the default content size.
2-4. There are no such kinds of options in the Classified Five and Six layouts. Those layouts do not support WooCommerce as well.
If you have just started building your website, I recommend you wait for our new releases. We are planning to restructure those layouts and change the core plugin.
3. The blog is the default functionality of WordPress and your question isn’t clear to me.

I did try but it is not working, anyway looking at the code with 2 differents websites that i´m using with the same theme, the one i did update has a different class on the header, here you can see, you have changed the logo class on css;
before to upgrade the logo has “bloglogo” as class on css, and after your update now it is: “blogname”, i think that is the problem!!!

Please try to understand us as well. We can not replicate the issue, if there was a bug in the code the would be the same issue on all websites.

Sure, I saw your screenshot. However, you never mentioned that the problem is appearing in the specific section. There are no limits to use 3rd-party plugins in the theme since this is the core functionality of WordPress.
It seems there are some styling conflicts with the plugin that you are using on your website. There are a huge amount of plugins in WordPress and it isn’t possible to make a product that is compatible with all of them.
Have you tried to deactivate and activate that plugin? Have you contacted the plugin authors?

Thank you for your reply. There are no other plugins installed on the Motors them. Before I installed this plugin that i bought from themeforest.com I installed other similar plugin that I bought from themeforest.com and at that time I got the same error. I contacted the plugin creator and they said that this must be a theme error. Right now they said they will check further for a solution. I will get back to you in case the problem is not resolved. I am not trying to blame you for something – I just need your help to fix this issue that came up. I would really appreciate it if you can help me in one way or another. Thank you again
Your screenshot displays that there are multiple third-party plugins in your WordPress.
Moreover, we do not have experience in using the plugin for forms that you are using on your website. However, we are not claiming the problem relates to the plugin. That plugin isn’t listed in the compatibility plugins list on the Motors description page.

The support from the plugin that I am using they said that the theme has limitations and he told me this: “The theme uses a 500px wide image for a menu icon” and he gave me a CSS code and now the “M” is gone. Problem was fixed with this. Maybe someone else has the same problem and I wanted to share this code with them.

Anyway now this problem is gone but I have another one.

The plugin that I bought from Themeforest called NEXFoRMs told me that he can’t help me with this too because this is over his head and I should contact you. He told me this: “They need to remove the code that targets 3rd party plugins using the select-2 library”.

Whit my comments I did not want to say anything bad about the theme, I just wanted to inform about my situation. Please help me out to figure this out.

Regarding the dropdown fields, the theme uses the special library that works for all dropdown fields globally. Unfortunately, there is no fast culprit for this behavior at this moment. We will try to improve this part of the theme in our future updates.

Can you tell the list of the plugins Motors is compatible with? I am interested in Form creation plugins.
I tried two form plugin with Motors theme and none of them is working.
Both plugins that I tried with the MOTORS theme were fully licensed but still did not worked with your theme.
It’s weird that you just talking against you because in the first place you said that there are now plugin restrictions with MOTORS theme and that’s the idea of WordPress to use different plugins that suites your needs.

Seems, you misunderstood my comment. I meant that there are no limits on the number of installed plugins. The idea of WordPress using different plugins, however, you installed the premium theme with the specific functionality. Therefore, we can’t guarantee compatibility with all plugins available in the WordPress environment.

Hi, yes I changed the settings under theme options -> header ->menu. But this only applies to desktop devices not mobile devices. On mobile the color is different and I try to change this. I use dealer style with classified listing 4 import.

I can’t ask my corporate customers to enter the vehicles in all languages. If I also have to make the vehicles in the other languages, it is very cumbersome because there are around 72,000 vehicles. Another solution has to be found. So that’s a problem for me again. Since I bought the theme, I’ve only had problems because various things didn’t work, then I spent 1000 dollars on adjustments and now something doesn’t work again.

I may have misspelled it. In the search filter, the body make and model are correctly displayed in English. On the pages that are translated, only the word model is used, no body make and model are displayed https://prntscr.com/1qflp8h1. In this case you need to disable listing for translation. So your dealers can upload their listings in any language and all of them will be displayed on the website.

It seems there are some misunderstandings. The theme has no integrations with CRMs or DMSs at all. We have integrated the theme with AutoManager so the exported data from that service can be imported to the theme.
Also, you can upload inventories from other DMS services that provide data XML/CSV format.

Question is the theme 100% WPML translatable because WPML wrote to me. That’s what the WPML wrote to me, we see you are using the “Motors” theme from “Stylemixthemes.com”, this theme has not yet been certified by the author for use with WPML. My language is German If I now enter a vehicle on the Italian language page, it is only listed under Italian on the listing page, but not when the language is changed in the front end, for example to German or French

Also, try to deactivate extra plugins one by one and check your website in case there is a conflict with plugins.
