Hi, I have problem to update WPBakery with this theme. I tried to update version 6.6.0.1 to 6.7.0 but failed without any error message. Have tried to delete the plugins and install from The7 -> Plugins but not succeed as well. Please help if there is any other way to workaround this problem. Thank you.

I updated the theme (the7) to version: 9.17.0.. and the “teams” no longer show images on randomly selected team members… I can duplicate a team member which currently shows their image, but if I change to a new image, it will no longer show?

The article relating to Bundled plugins, i’m aware that some functions aren’t available as its a bundled version i get with The7 theme …. however it should update? .... shouldn’t it?
Oh ….. was trying to update from all the wrong places! You have to go to WPBakery>General Settings and update from there.

All these plugins are really included into the theme package. And their basic tools and features work perfectly fine despite the license notices. Such notices are completely okay for bundled version of a plugin, it does not mean you use it illegally.
Again, all layouts represented at our demos do not require paid versions of plugins. Paid version of a plugin is required only if you want to use some extra features like a addons, templates library, etc.
Finally, the rules for bundled plugins are establish by Envato, not theme authors https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins – they are the same for all ThemeForest themes. If you disagree, you can forward your complain to Envato support.
Talking about the GW_GoPricing_Elementor notice, it seems to be an issue with GoPricing – please submit a ticket at https://support.dream-theme.com/

Hi! Are you sure it is related to the theme – does it change when you switch to the standard WP theme? Also, please make sure the website is visible for search engines: in Settings -> Reading.
Themes do not affect website visibility.
yes I think so in settings >> Reading (Search engine visibility: Stop search engines from indexing this website.) is disabled

Hello, I have four license and overall it’s ok. I have also in the past used support but not that much. However, why is the7 slider no longer updating and the7 WP Bakery Page builder no longer updating? I purchased these as part of the theme and it’s not cool if you all stopped allowing updates. Please let me know.

Hello again! Meanwhile, I also noticed that I cannot select a color with transparency as background on the Header options, it won’t show. Floating Header works fine, but if I choose a transparency level on any color in the Header, it just won’t show… Any help!?
I see the only way to use a transparent Header is to set Hide Page Title, and choose colors at Page level… But that will cause issues because I can’t choose the Menu letter colors at Page level…
