Far as I know, there is no such feature in Avada. In Impreza you can set headers for different post types, archives and single posts, pages but not certain categories. It was always working in this manner. We’ll consider adding custom headers for certain categories in one of the next updates though.

As I can see we already have a feature request with this feature https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/tickets/46482/ but it doesn’t gain many votes. We’ll consider implementing it if the request will receive a significant amount of votes from other clients. So if you need this feature ASAP, it’s better to hire a separate developer as we recommended above.

As we mentioned above, there is no such feature available at the moment and we offered several ways to implement the desired feature. If you have time, you can wait for the feature request. Otherwise, you can hire a developer who will happily implement this feature for you. It has nothing to do with the customer service. Our developers are overloaded by current theme improvements and implementing features so they can’t break the whole process to implement a single feature that wasn’t planned yet. Isn’t it fair enough?

Since Revolution Slider Version 6.5.8 there is a javascript bug in the console:

Yes, we plan to make all the elements editable in one of the next updates. Third-party elements also won’t work in the Live Editor at the moment. So for your old websites, it’s better to use WPBakery Page Builder. You can simply deactivate Live Editor at Theme Options > Advanced.

Hi, I have bought the theme earlier just wanted to use it for one of our website. All Addons are installed and active accept. WPBakery Page Builder, FileBird Pro, Slider Revolution Slider. When I click on install now, it show activate plugin button with in not time. And when I click on Activate Now it refresh the page and nothing happen please help.
