How do you create a child theme for Porto?

1 problem with the theme is that in my footer, there are small ascii blocks at the end of some of the addresses. I remove the spaces in the template builder for custom footer, but they seem to reappear and I can’t get rid of them.
https://heimlantz2.wpengine.com/It’s intermittent. I can’t always get it to show up. If you go to geopeeker.com and put the above address in, it’ll show you the small squares.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I can’t seem to find any information on the error.

2. You can go with your Child Theme as well, obviously if you have done Customization work in your Child Theme.
3. No, you can not, you can not edit the Shop Page with any of the Page Builder as its the Archive page.

Can you please check it once with activating the default theme like twenty twenty one, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme only, it seems to be the default Woo or WordPress issue, if the issue will presist with the default WP Theme then it will make sure that the issue is not with our theme and in that case you have to contact WooCommerce support for it.

Sorry to say that but you can not directly edit the Shop Page because it is an Archive page and you can not directly edit any of the Archive pages.

And I can see your site 90% of the CSS is coming from Autoptimizer plugin, so please remove all the cache from your server first, and then deactivate it and then remove the site cache using cache plugins you are using on your site and deactivate the cache plugins including Autoptime plugin as well and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

I check your site. Actually, the thing is on your site the filters “PET, and BREED SIZE” are working as you want, see this image: i.is.cc/kIvn2ir.png , and other filters are not. All the settings of the filters are set from the filter widget you are using you have to set the settings of the widgets the same as you set the settings of “PET, and BREED SIZE” filters so that your issue will be resolved.

Hi is port compatible with webp images ? i am using imagify plugin to convert my images to webp but i seems like my structure is breaking because it’s using <picture> tag now instead of to display webp images .

We are sorry but we have not tested that imagify plugin with our theme till now officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, and webp images are also not tested with our theme, you can try with it, Otherwise, concern with plugin developers as there is no such functionality in our theme and it requires extra customization.

Hi have a problem using the theme porto … some years ago y correctly configured to set in 3 languages but from some weeks ago especifically one language shows “Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive.” Even that open the url I know that is the url taht is missin but I dont know how to fixed … is there any chance that you can help me ?

I recently bought the theme and installed the Grocery 1 demo. But in the main search bar the categories and the search button are shown in the middle of the bar and not on the right as the original demo shows.

Then before using any other Icon, you first have to remove this Icon, and it has been made using Custom CSS, You have to comment out the Custom CSS from Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/CBwHVkGv
